Easy to use website, you don't have to know anything about investing because the system will walk you through what your goals are, then will suggest what investments to use. I have made changes to my investments easily. Even during the pandemic the call center has been very friendly and helpful in helping to get set up/logging in and in answering any questions. The Quarterly statements are also easy to read and see investment performance.
