The retirement account that you have with these people is your money!! If you need access to it, and you need access to it quickly don't count on it!! They tell you it takes 7 to 10 business days but in reality it will take no less than a month and you should be grateful! The guy on phone actually said this to me!
As he is telling me ma'am we ask for 7 to 10 business days. I say your office received the paperwork on the 10th it is now the 27th it's been 17 days.
Ma'am we need 7-10 business days from the day we release the money.
