My appointment was scheduled a week prior I arrive...

My appointment was scheduled a week prior I arrived at 8:30 am and was told that my paperwork was not received but was told that it was during scheduling. I called my doctor and had them fax another order over and the two women at the front desk tell me that I have to wait 3 hours to get seen because my appointment was at 8:30 and I ve been seen here before and they never take you straight back at your scheduled time smdh
Definitely not coming back here again

I have been suffering pain spasms and the MRI was a challenge to keep still. The radiologist was very understanding and showed patience with me. The whole staff seemed professional and polite.

My visit today on 2/8/18 for my yearly mammogram 3...

My visit today on 2/8/18 for my yearly mammogram 3D sign in at 11:10 they call me around 11:45 mammogram was different this time quick two ladies were in the room for the near future they can be a little bit more gently when they press down on my right breast the end of the machine was pressing on my collarbone that should not be and when I register at the front desk I told the lady that it was covered through my insurance she really didn't want to listen so I call my insurance company and took the phone to her so she could get verification that the 3D mammogram is covered sometimes it pays to listen. And the bathroom did not smell good where someone had a bowel movement and it was up against the toilet bowl I reported it thank you have a great day

The receptionist was very helpful and respectful. Other staff members were friendly, everything was clean, and have everything in place regarding COVID-19 precaution; hand sanitizer stations, sneeze guards and lastly everyone was wearing masks and even a face shields.

I enjoyed the visit, the front desk is very polite and the staff makes sure that it does not take a long time to be seen. It's a joy to have a pleasant visit. . Thanks again for all the smiles Mrs. Hawkins

I had an appointment for 3:45, got there 15 minute...

I had an appointment for 3:45, got there 15 minutes early and didn't get taken back for my MRI until 5:30. Then they told me that their MRI machine didn't have the size magnet that my doctor prescribed so they were no help for me
Since the manager had left for the day, my copay could not be refunded until I called back the next day. Would never go here again!

I love that everyone is very respectful & patient. The wait isn't to bad & this office is very clean. I would recommend anyone & everyone to be seen here if they could. Thanks for such excellent service.

I've been coming to American Radiology on Fleet St...

I've been coming to American Radiology on Fleet St for years and this is the very first time I experienced the Tech that did my scan being RUDE! I know I have plenty more ultrasounds to go but I DONOT want her to do any of my test! When I left , I asked for the supervisor's name and number because I will definitely call him first thing in the morning because he was gone for the day. I almost left in tears. A person is already going through physical problems but I shouldn't have to go through unnecessary emotional problems with a staff member! I am very highly upset!!!!!

Walked in at about 9 am.. Got registered and unto the back within 15 minutes.. The ladies that did my mammogram and xrays were gentle proficient and sweet 5 stars! Great
job guys.. Fast and friendly customer service is kinda a big deal to me.

The radiologist made me feel as comfortable as possible thru my mammogram, she is very good at her job. only thing I wish they didnt change was having two people to do it, together they were a great team. one would set u up and talk to you while the other would take the pictures, that made it a much more relaxed environment.

The receptionist was very pleasant and the wait pa...

The receptionist was very pleasant and the wait past my appointment time was not long. That s where all the positives ended. Shortly after checking in here and going into the back near the machines, was told that I would have to remove all my clothing except for underwear. This is highly unusual given my past MRI and experience working in hospitals. Not just belt, emptying your pockets, metal, jewelry, and anything loose on your body. Wasn t wearing any and kept on wearing my thin sweatpants. Never was this mentioned in an earlier phone call to me and not in their text message. The expected extremely cold room and being asked to remove my hat meant a splitting headache after the 30 minutes process. Despite being given some blankets. It s why clothes are left on in all MRI except this one and not being left to freeze in a thin scrub attire. There almost was no process and getting my arm lined up took about a painful 15 minutes. Getting their MRI to photo my right forearm meant sliding precipitously all the way to one side of a thin plank and contorting my arm inward to point there was pain. Eventually a less painful angle barely got it right. The assistants were helpful yet the MRI almost didn t get done because of the thin plank and the equipment not being able to easily photo a forearm without any contortion. Not going back there again.

From the moment I entered American Radiology to the moment I left...I received nothing but Smiles and professionals. The ladies at the registration and the nurses/techs who gave me my mammogram were courteous and nice to my sister and I. THE BONE SCAN TEXT TOPS THE CHART...I forget her name but she was As kind as the others. Anyone and everyone who needs imaging - GO TO FLEET STREET!!!!! I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

though totally on the opposite side of town, it was easy to find. The waiting room was very neat N clean. Excellent staff, very friendly, great communication skills, everything was tExtplained and was put @ ease. The whole process was relatively quick N painless.
if ever i know anyone who needs an MRI, i have to problem referring them to American Radiology Services.

They are very prompt an polite to all their customers needs,,they explain,everthing that they are doing,we are older now I never cared about by body or how I didn't take care of it when I was younger,an now it's all come to service,,am more responsable an caring by seeing my Dr's regularly now.

I've had to leave twice because they were running ...

I've had to leave twice because they were running so late (as noted in previous reviews). The first time, I scheduled my mammogram for 10 a.m. At 11:30, they told me that they were running behind, and I would have to wait another hour or so. Which would put my actual appointment at 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment. I had to work at noon, so I had to leave.

The second time, I took the very first slot in the morning. Unfortunately, they were running an hour late (there were about 20 people in there when I arrived! How is that possible? How many people do they schedule per slot?), so I had to leave again because I had to work at 9.

This is the only place that takes my insurance. It's been eight months, and I haven't had time to try again. I'm a waitress, I work primarily day shifts, and I can't take days off from work to sit around this place.

Horrible. Horrible.

My mammogram appointments was so fast I was called...

My mammogram appointments was so fast I was called inside within 5 minutes of arriving and then they took me in the x-ray room even before i stored my clothes in the locker. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. The 2 mammalogists were very nice, helpful and also professional. It was a great experience at an appointment that could be anxiety-provoking!!! Thanks everyone there!

The staff is very efficient and they are very friendly, and I did not have to wait for them to attend to me and if they are going to do any type of exam I recommend this place, at the time of mammography they were very professional and treated me very well. Thanks American radiology x its services

My appointment was a no wait time. I was ask to be there 15 minutes ahead of my appointment after my paperwork went through I was called and the ladies was pleasant, kind and beautiful. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I noticed that not all the Receptionists were busy...

I noticed that not all the Receptionists were busy. I guess they were resting between patients. The black girl seem to be the busiest waiting on patients.
The Receptionist named Charmaine told me that I was late. I said my appt.was at 2:40.
I'm early 2:10pm. She then said i should have been there at 1:40 for my 2:00pm appt. Very loud talking then she stated she needs to call the Call Center and she did. While on the she is now registering me loud again. Then my stuff fell out my purse behind her computer and Charmaine picked up the coins and I asked if this was everything smarty pants said you can come back here and see for yourself. I told her she is being too loud and unprofessional. Just be quiet.
I guess she got thru to the Call Center. I didn't care.
Now she called my name to go back to the mammogram area. She got up and start telling the technicians that i was late all loud. I told her to be quiet you're being ugly to me. The technicians calmed me down.
Very heart-renching experiencing this bad and unprofessional behavior from one of your staff members. I reported her to the Manager Justin Kramer.
Justin was very professional and helpful.
The Technicians were very kind and helpful.
I have to go back on the 28th. I don't want to encounter that nasty Charmaine. She needs to retire. I'm 63 years old by the way. Just Terrible!!!

This place is a joke. Countless issues with my X-...

This place is a joke. Countless issues with my X-rays (had to call my doctor on the phone in front of them), countless issues with my MRI (it s now a Saturday and can t call my doctor). Get my MRI scheduled for a Saturday, come in for my appointment and am told I need a script? What? Wait, so you have the approval and authorization in the system but won t give me my MRI bc I don t have a SCRIPT?! It was all a big joke to the two ladies up front. oh poor guy doesn t know he needs a script? Lmao, I ll take my business to any other imaging place in the city for now on.
