The staff was very friendly and encouraging
I didn't know what to expect from my ultra sound, but fortunately, the news was good. The front desk staff member followed up with me to ensure that everything went okay and that she was hoping I would receive good news. I had a very pleasant customer experience. Thank you all so much!

Excellent service from the time you walk through the door greeted well treated well .
I have back problems and they understood so they took their time . I was the last appointment on Thursday the two ladies at the desk are excellent.

The nurses and other staff were wonderful; kind, discreet, and they all made the experience quite nice. I admit that I don't exactly get why they can't call the "patients" by last names, though; it can get confusing, as many of us have the same first names.

I've been going here for years for routine mammograms, and the staff is friendly and professional. This year they found a very small tumor, unfortunately. My oncology team at Hopkins was really impressed they even saw it, and catching it so early has definitely improved my prognosis. Thank you, American Radiology!

Your staff are excellent. The two ladies at the front desk were professional and welcoming. Dana who did my mom s MRI was exceptionally patient with her, and made her so comfortable. The premises were clean and organized.

I like going to American Radiology because I do not have to wait long. The nurses are very nice and kind too. Plus it not that far. I get in an out. No problem at all. Alot of seats, and clean. An it all in the bus line. I'm happy.

Quick service! I wasn't in the waiting room for long barely 5 minutes. Friendly staff and very professional. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and confident in their work which made it easier to relax.

I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and was still called within 5-7 mins after check-in. The front desk attendant was so friendly. The tech who did my ultrasound was amazing. She made me very comfortable. The building was extremely clean. I definitely wpuld recommend American Radiology on Fleet Street

I was seen right away by a radiologists. My appointment was at 10 am I was finished by 10:20am. My only concern was the quality of the ultrasound picture that I was given of my baby. This is a very special time for my husband and I. I would've liked for the pictures to be labeled, didn't know where the head or the baby's bottom was. Since the weren't clear at all.

I always like coming to American radiologist always my x-rays there but that I have to get a MRI it seems as if they can't find my paperwork that my insurance company fax over to them three different times each time I called they claimed they couldn't find the paperwork I'm in so much pain it's unbelievable I have never been so frustrated in my life now it's Friday I have to wait until Monday just to find out if they got my paperwork yet watch was faxed over on Friday morning at 10am 3 time by my insurance company

I went here for a sonogram. I arrived at 3:20 upon arrival I was told to sign in and sit down. 30 minutes later I was called up to the desk to register, I was told I was too late for a walk in appointment and I had to be there at 3:30. I informed the woman behind the desk that I was there before 3:30 and I was waiting for one of the three employees behind the desk to call me. The American radiology employee proceeded to talk over me to tell their next available appointment. I will never go here again and I wouldn t recommend any one else to.

Very respectful and professional. My appointment was at 3:30, I thought I would arrive 2hrs. early hoping to be seen. It worked the whole visit didn't take but 20mins..

My child injured his foot. His physician referred me here. The x-ray was complete. Here it's 24+ hours later and no results. It could be broken but we are hanging in limbo, no urgency here . On our way to an urgent care facility. They provide x-rays and crutches etc. if need be.

I really Like American Radiology the staff there is courteous & professional. The environment is good. The staff greets you when you enter the building. I v been going to them for years.

Everyone was extremely nice and receptive. I walked in checked in and was taken back for my X-ray right away. Absolutely fantastic experience and incredibly friendly staff. Will be going again for any future needs!

As stated before, albeit by someone else: got there 15 minutes early as requested, didn't get seen until 30 mins past my appointment time. Go somewhere else, unless you've got no other choice and enjoy clowns wasting your time.

When I called to make my appointment I was very frustrated and upset. My clinic was giving me the run around they kept writing the wrong thing on the referal but Ms. Shannon said she would take care of it. I told her she wasnt going to be able to get thru but she said dont worry Im gonna take care of you. Ms. Shannon called me back a couple hours later somehow she got what I needed. WHen she was scheduling my appointment I felt like I was taking to my friend. i told her I was going on vacation so we scheduled the appt for when i got back she even called me to make sure everything went ok. If more people treated others like she treated me things might be better in the world!
