Wonderful Popcorn, this is a place of employment, this visitor center is elsewhere.

Front desk lady has attitude,she was not courteous,had attitude. Good pop corn bad humility.what ashamed..........

Intentionally loaded over gross then looked at me funny, as if I should be fine with that. After some wrangling they agreed to take 600lbs off, I asked for 800lbs off to be legal on all axles and so far haven't heard what they're going to do and I'm still sitting at the dock. Also there is no room on property to turn around after scaling if you need to get back to the dock, had to drive off properly then back down a fairly busy street to reenter. Cheap freight that also comes with a lot of hassles. If I'm ever at a dock here again it'll be to take this entire load off and I'll go home empty.

5 hours waiting to be loaded. They doing fast with some trucks but with some, to long !!!!

Drivers beware, there is overnight parking but if you show up after hours they will not open the gate for you to come in and park on the property

I completely agree about this lady's lack of customer service. She treated my husband like an unwanted customer. She should be grateful of her job unless she's part of the owners....besides all that popcorn is mouthwatering delicious.

Guys in the shipping/recieving are great getting you in and out
