My son died in their care, or rather... lack of care.
They will make you wait 2 to 3 months tell you they don't have a prior authorization give you a run around to never provide you with the services. Horrible I don't recommend them to anyone who needs accurate efficient services
Nerver have good people or flexible.you have to wait for aleast two or more month before find someone..
They pay registered nurses (certified from accredited American nursing schools) $17 per hour. Potential patients, please consider that before they try to charge you $50 per hour or something. What are they doing with the extra money if they aren't passing on the savings to the patients?
have been using ALC for a few years now and they are prompt, friendly, the nurses are very attentive and listen to you allowing you to help in your loved ones recovery. i highly recommend them.
