This is a security company. It has pros and cons like many others. However it's a sound business that I saw. Not hard to find. Office staff were very respectful and kind to new industry persons. Very pleasant experience.
I will say that even though they are not licensed in the state of Wisconsin I mean if they were I would have definitely stayed with the company but I moved out of state due to distance regardless there not that bad of a company to work for I was with them from June 2019 - June 2020 and yes the company lacks professionalism but you do get hours and the nicest insensitive of working for the company is you get paid every Tuesday from what I knew but things could have changed now but all in all not bad I will forever miss my supervisor at one of the accounts he was the best person I ve ever worked with and sadly not gonna find many like him out there but regardless much luck .
I really thought since this company is out of Illinois that they will be very professional. I met 2 supervisors that was hiring at a site I have worked 6years at and very qualified however I remembered my experience there and it wasn't pleasant. I had two racist supervisors, I had a flirtatious one which made me very uncomfortable working there. I filed a sexual harassment against the employee and guess what they fired me. And he now is hired in house with the company so he no longer works for a contractor Security. That so he can get away with murder. To be honest I didn't know at first this company was at my old job. However any company that contracts with that particular place I will be aware before I consider employment. It's not about the money all the time especially when u have 10 years of Security experience and certified professional as well. I will never belittle myself to work for just any company. I will only work with professional people only. Maybe that's why I switched my career because I haven't found a professional security company yet.

To be truthful and honest this is my first security job and the area they had me assigned was at a hospital which I got great experience to learn how the Chicagoland area works. I don't have too many problems with them because you do get paid weekly just wish the pay rate was a little bit higher
