My daughter bought a car and purchased their gap insurance. Her car was totaled last year. They have yet to pay on her claim even though it has been a year. When calling on the status, they are rude and dismissive and really don't care about you or what they are doing to your credit. DO NOT use them. They are a crooked establishment and we are looking into suing. My daughter is now in collections on a totaled car that they are suppose to pay out on. They only take your money.

Today, 8-17-20, I spoke with several reps regarding my warranty. Each one was very kind, courteous, and helpful. However, David Courtney, was exceptional. He knew what he was doing, knew the problem I was having with roadside assist. and going the extra step, easily resolved the issue. He was very reassuring and helpful. Easy to talk to, someone I felt confident in speaking to. Thank you!

Wish i could give 0 stars, waiting for over 3 weeks for an approval on my RV warranty claim. All i keep getting is its in review. The adjuster Mike Pisnick does not answer his phone or return calls. The most diffcult company to deal with ever. Would never purchase a warranty from this company. It's a joke. to deal with such a company.

This warranty has only been a stress for myself and my family. I took my truck to the dealership on Wednesday of last week. With it already not being an issue that the dealership being backed up with repairs. This warranty didn't help with the stress. When the dealership a day later, finally gave me a diagnostic on the vehicle, the warranty, 1 hour on wait/hold finally told them that they would not cover any charges/repairs until they examined my vehicle themselves. Which is understandable. However, they said it would take 2-3 (basically don't want to come out on a Friday, avoid weekends). Okay, Monday awesome. Tell me why its Wednesday again, with no update. Apparently the warranty went out to check my vehicle on Monday, but have yet to give an update, quote or something. I am a mother of three kids, athletic children at that, compromised to schedules as well as my own. I had to bring out of pocket my own money to rent a vehicle at a super high rate because this warranty would not approve any type of lender until they inspected my vehicle, and then they draw out the time frame by not providing the required approval! Stressful! Frustrating and a waste of money. I regret ever purchasing this warranty. I wouldn't give a star if I could.

Easy to deal with. Our dealership (La Mesa RV in Sanford) got the paperwork, contacted AGWS, they called me to confirm and the claims were paid. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend them to anyone looking for an extended warranty.

My husband and I purchased a new Grand Design Refl...

My husband and I purchased a new Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel at Campers Inn-Ocala in Ocala ,FL. on March 1, 2018. I purchased the AGWS offered to me by Campers Inn- Ocala (the only warranty plan offered to me. We purchased the Platinum Plan for $2,615. We were not told at the time that this warranty plan may not be accepted by all RV dealerships.
I called the nearest Grand Design dealership near me on July 29,2020 to get a service appointment for the AC on our unit which was not cooling. However, the soonest appointment I could get was September 8, 2020 with Delmarva RV in Milford, DE. 42 miles away.
Delmarva RV conducted a diagnosis on my AC and concluded that the AC unit had to be replaced. Cost of the new AC and labor to install would be $1,135.30. When I presented Delmarva RV with a copy of my AGWS agreement, they stated that do not accept this warranty agreement since they do not have a working agreement with AGWS. They said that they have never heard of this warranty company. I was told by DelmarvaRV that it currently takes several months to get a new AC unit for my camper.Knowing that it would take over a month to get a new AC, and the fact that I would have to negotiate with AGWS reimbursement, I paid the $1,135.30 for a new AC so that the unit could be ordered and installed as soon as possible.
I contacted AGWS for information on how to get reimbursed for my expenditure. I mailed my justification and supporting documents to AGWS on September 8, 2020. I am currently waiting for a response from AGWS.
If I don t get reimbursement, then the $2,615 AGWS warranty will be useless to me since the RV service near me does not recognize the warranty.
Hoping for a good outcome.

I purchased my RV last year with a warranty and only drove it a few months (less than 500 miles) when I had to take it in for repairs. I found out that my Diesel engine needed to be replaced, which was going to cost around $40,000 for a new engine and labor. I was devastated to learn that AGWS denied the claim right at Christmas. As I was living full time in this vehicle and working full time as a nurse, I didn t have that kind of money for the repairs. About a month later, I received a call from David Merriman at AGWS and he made my day, week and year when he told me that the company reconsidered and would pay my claim! I couldn t believe it. He has been so helpful through this difficult time and although I didn t get the full claim paid for, the company definitely paid a large portion of it. I am so thankful that I purchased this warranty and so thankful to David for all of his help! I definitely recommend AGWS to anyone who is purchasing an RV.

After my engine faulted 4 spark plugs and was consuming a ridiculous amount of oil, I took my car to the dealer..the dealer said the engine is bad and need to be replaced...They called AGWS and my claim was denied saying they dont deal with oil consumption issues..I hoped they would not do what I've heard about these type of plans but they're denying my claim and leaving me to deal with a bad engine on my own..
