I have to thank Autofficina3P for recovering me with the car broken down in the bypass in late hours while I was in transit and for having returned it fully functional in a few hours. I had the misfortune of having problems with my car at 2 am in Tangeziale est (Milan), having to stop at the first motorway service station and calling the mechanic on duty ( 150 just for the call). They tell me they can't do anything about it and leave the keys so they can go and get it with the truck in the morning and that they would call me "shortly" to give me a quote. 5 days have passed, I called every day but the quote was not given to me. Finally arrives, 1400 per pump of broken water. I go to my mechanic (in Modena), he talks to this mechanic and lets him explain what he had. For the same problem he would have at 700, that is half. I decide to go and take it with a tow truck but the guy tells me that I can't because he has already dismantled the engine and if I wanted to take it I had to pay 380 . So I decide to leave it and after 15 days I start calling for news and it doesn't give me any. We turned to a lawyer and finally after 3 weeks he decides to give it back. Profiteer and thief. Avoid it!

Breakdown car .. Saturday late afternoon ... I search on the internet ... I call and after about an hour comes a very helpful and very polite guy ... I state the battery and that the workshop was in that area ... cables to make it start ... And away ... The only thing that the prices are a bit exaggerated ... Ok the call and the inspection but being a job of 5 equipped scarce 70 euro are excessive ... But the boy has also called in the workshop to ask for a discount but nothing ... However the 3 stars are only for the boy of the intervention .. Thanks

Don't go there. If you had a car a little special, even if you had a car, DO NOT take it to Pippoli. They don't understand anything about quality machines. If you had the misfortune of using their service of expensive tools, have them take your car to another workshop. Don't take the risk of having it repaired. They took the car to do a simple job, they needed a new starter engine (according to them), they asked for an exorbitant price (over 1200 euros), but they couldn't start it after replacing the engine, ... so, they didn't have solved the problem ... I had to move it (paying another 360 euros) with another expensive tool to a workshop where they understood more (which by now would not have been so difficult, given that they, Pippoli, understood nothing. The new mechanic fixed the problem right away, in fact I'm wondering if he wanted to replace the original starter motor ... Don't go there

I brought the car to this workshop and I had a great time, the price was right and the guy was very professional and helpful !! The car is still going great today !!! I spent a lot of money to solve this problem but no one ever succeeded until I found this workshop !!! I recommend it to everyone !!!

In my experience ... STAY AWAY !!!
2.00 pm ... 34th car broken down immediately after entering the motorway, direction from Milan to Bologna.
I ask the advice of a distributor at the San Zenone Ovest parking area, who promptly gives me a business card from the garage in question.
I will not dwell ... but, beyond rudeness, rudeness during telephone calls ... which fully confirm all the reviews I read, certainly not positive ... intimate to the owner, or at least to those who replied cursing on the phone , not to touch my car, and that I would have it picked up by a car transporter within a few days! I willingly pay 15 a day for the car ... but at least I avoid paying hundreds of euros ONLY for a quote! Premise ... my husband has work experience in the sector and, having asked by phone if they had at least an idea on the extent of the failure, he was politely answered that they do not work like this .. and that they should have dismantled half a machine ONLY to make themselves an idea !!! I do not add what I think of these "Lords" ... for education !!
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE !!!!

I came from Lignano Sabbiadoro to go to Milan. In Brianza Nord my car didn't turn on anymore. I ask the gentlemen of the auto grill if they could call me a mechanic, and they do it right away, within less than an hour Mr. Pippoli arrived who was very kind to help me and to assist me. The price he asked me was also very honest, so I really thank him because he also took an interest in finding out if the return trip went well.

Friday 14/08 at 21:00 past, I enter the motorway towards Bologna and I stop at the first parking area (San Zenone Ovest) due to a light on, I understand by myself with the instructions etc. that it is about tires ... While I am there alone to check and understand what to do, I am noticed by the guy from the distributor who works there, and he asks me if I need help ... I explain the matter and call this workshop, we decide to intervene, also given mine inexperience and as a precaution, I decide to have it checked, thinking it is only a matter of pressure or in any case something easy ... The boy arrives after less than 10 minutes, very helpful and kind, he checks all 4 wheels, whether there is no strength, whether the pressure is ok etc etc ... Let's try to reset it following the instructions in the booklet, but the light remains on anyway ...
It is probably an electrical fault that only the parent company can and must solve (I will then go and have it checked by them in fact) ...
The fact is that for an intervention like this, I was robbed of 120 + VAT ... x a total of 145 !!! The problem was not solved by them, the boy was available and intervened promptly, but at these figures it is really a robbery ... If you can avoid them !!!
Because of inexperience and for precaution, I stopped and asked for help, but now that I know how they work and the tariff, I would rather say that I push it home by hand ...
