Strength of the company is employees and the people who hire them should be treated with great request but certainly amex is only a brand name and recruiters of there direct recruitment center are con(ramesh nagar).A person named Abdul Malik set me up for the interview and though I was suppose to give second round never called me back and now today when I appeared again I was already capped and the second round never happened as when I tried contacting him and he said we can wait till 7 days but in reality valid period is 48 hours.I do have the recordings and stuff.But this company is just a brand name not brand quality.

They have no idea how to conduct interview, no sitting arrangements for candidates. They call candidates in bulk without informing the requirements. Till now I had seen worst interview.

Excellent office space with various type of food options for employees. American Express is a very employee centric organization and puts in a lot of efforts to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity with the organization. That's the reason employees ever don't want to leave the organization. Amex provides pickup and drop facilities to all its employees and even parking for their bikes and cars if they wish to travel on their own. There are various indoor recreation facilities available within campus including table tennis, yoga room and fully stocked Gym. Food brands like Costa Coffee and Subway have outlets inside and the cafeteria serves food and snacks 24/7. The office also has an ATM for employees to withdraw cash. Each floor has a small cafeteria where employees can eat food brought from home and also pick snacks, soft drinks and juices from the vending machines.

The best Corporate Office to work for. The company takes care of its employees the best way possible. The facility provided by the company is above par. You can eat lunch and dinner at nominal price, only if you are an employee. No one can enter the premises except the employee. The guards are on duty 24*7. Costa Coffee, Whole Foods, Subway, and Three ATMs available inside. The work places are neat and clean. The cab facility is good and safe. This is a very safe place to work for. People smoke here a lot. May be because of the work pressure in night shift. It may help them to keep themselves awake. .
KFC and Domino s place their stalls every now and then inside the Cafeteria. Medical Facility available inside the office.
