The hotel rooms were spacious, very quiet, peaceful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a 7 star resort rather than a 7 star hotel.

It is so nice that I felt like it was a beautiful place to be alone because it was so pretty because I do not have many people in the swimming pool and the hotel room was spacious and pleasant and I liked it so much. However, it seemed that breakfast was not suitable for a little Korean taste, but even it is covered because it is good atmosphere.

Really feel that this is a good place to retreat, next to seaside, peaceful, friendly staff. They have free small cabby cart to bring you around.

White Elephant in Brunei, well worth a visit for any tourist coming to Brunei. Whether its staying the night or just a visit for the day. Public can access the hugh swimming pool for a few. There is a children's pool with a small slide, there is access to the beach. Food is nice enough but reasonable expensive for what it is.

Bandar Seri Begawan good hotel, but also a major attraction, the scenery is very beautiful, you can see the sunset in the evening the South China Sea, the hotel is very luxurious. Not bad money can live here, but a bit far from the city, traffic is not very convenient, did not live here can be booked online afternoon tea here, not very expensive, to wander, such as watching the sunset and then leave.

Considering Brunei s public transport is limited, this place can be good option for tourist. If the budget is okay.

A real gem of a luxurious hotel in Borneo, in Brunei. Started operations in 2000 but hotel has been very well maintained and is still in exquisite condition. Service is top notch and everyone is friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was fair for the price paid and amenities are as expected. Highly recommended resort to stay at if you're in Brunei. Unbeatable in that sense. My third stay here and always my favourite when I'm in town!

The six-star hotel in Brunei is really gorgeous, like the palace.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I was grateful for speaking slowly in English. The dishes were tastes easy to eat for Japanese people.

* Spacious pool, very few people except sunset time
Paddle board and kayaking are also great (rental for 30 minutes)
* Restaurants are not very expensive and they are good and taste good
* Walking as well
* It's nice and convenient to go back and forth between buggy
* All the staff are friendly and good
Main lobby is magnificent and cool

* There are some inconveniences in getting around from the airport or Brunei city, but you need to take it. If you don't have a rental car, you can use the hotel shuttle or dart.

Wayy too expensive. The experience can be similarly enjoyed at other places in brunei. My advice;

If you would like to simply play golf, Pantai Mentiri is really nice. But if you want slightly more class, Jerudong is also nice. Trust me, the price difference is just too crazy.

I havent tried the one in Panaga, but I heard it is also good. But i cant say anything about it cause i've never played there

The room and facility are very well . In addition , they also offer delicious food , especially the afternoon tea.

I wasn t sure what to expect but I have been blown away by the Empire. The rooms are lovely, spacious with great bathrooms, the property is magnificent and the food delicious. The best part though is the service, everything comes with a heartfelt smile.

It may be a little too big. When I first checked in I was in a different building from the main lobby. I wasn't excited about having to wait for a shuttle just to get to my room. After I called the front desk, they put me in a new room, in what I would call the main building. They also upgraded my room. The service is amazing!

Luxurious hotel, with huge hotel grounds, multiple swimming pools, by the beach practically unused. And a short walk out by the foot path towards the sea brings u to a great spot to view a beautiful sunset. If the sky is clear, can even bring your camera to capture the "red sun yolk" slowly been swallowed into the sea line.

High tea was awesome! Views are amazing and the ambience was very relaxing.

One of the most expensive hotel and resort to booked in brunei and this was a huge property and very good amenities. Must try because of relaxing environment.

Nice calm environment on beach with incredible sundowns. Hotel is very spacy and rooms are well equiped and we'll maintained. Cozy atmosphere, balanced hardness of the bed, automated room controls. I had a balcony to the sea - nice view during the day and calming sounds of waves during the dark hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dining at Pantai restorant is great, too. Recommended, though it's not cheap.

Lovely place to unwind! Would have loved to stay longer and explore some more! It's like a giant palace resort.. can imagine how fun it would be to have a party here!

Grand atmosphere. Friendly service. Decor is a little dated. But the beach views and outdoor areas are amazing.

Enormous resort with everything you could wish for. Bowling alley, movie theater, numerous sports activities, several restaurants and shops, beaches and pools.

Probably the grandest hotel in brunei. Great family friendly and extremely large swimming pool. Be sure to book through travel sites and not the front desk to get cheaper rates.

It is full of lively tour visitors. It seems to be a hotel for tour guests, not for the purpose of individuals who want to spend quietly.
Facilities are gorgeous. For those who come to play golf, I think it is convenient because it is close.

Very opulent hotel and resort. Lots of things to do there. 5 star hotel and food.

We went there just a visitor and not a guest but I can say the hotel is really beautiful. I love how their restaurant is overlooking the sea. The staffs are friendly. The sand is fine but not as white as Boracay's.

7star hotel in brunei...never seen such a big and beautiful hotel like this... its like heaven on earth...

Best place in Brunei for your escape from the routine

A truely grand hotel with magnificent beach front view and there is no hotels in Brunei that even come close to this. All staff were courteous and professional. I was greeted with a warm welcome as my wife and I arrived on a local public bus that dropped us off in front of the front lobby.

Beautiful environment, the hotel is magnificent, it is a good hotel worth staying.

Day visitors could use pool for a price but no use of sunbeds with shade. Otherwise an impressive hotel.

The hotel is quite luxurious, but the sea here is recommended not to bathe

Excellent experience this time. The Pantai Restaurant is greatly improved to a high standard. Room service is great also. The facilities are up to date. Banqueting is excellent. Running my event here was dream. Thank you for all the improvements. It shows!
