I am thrilled, they solved my complaint online in 5 days. They took over the CPU by DHL in Serbia, sent it to the Netherlands. They did everything and sent me a new unpacked replacement device, all in 5 days. Well done, professionalism, organization, speed and in the end the result, all in the time of Covid19. AMD isn't a bad company. They certain have lead some new designs. AMD needs to ADDRESS the 4 core market and get away from the Intel bait called TURBO boosting. Just flatout deliver a 4 core CPU with 4.4ghz minimums and call it a day. MORE CORES are NOT going to work. The multi core gimic is just that A GIMIC. Windows wont properly address the problems and AMD fans need to realize that games are NOT going to bend over the table and optimize their programs JUST for AMD. Get over it. Im tired of the excuse of programmers should cater to the AMD crowd. When simply put. They should just accept the fact that nobody wants to do it. So quit cheating their customers.
I purchased and AMD powered HP gaming desktop under the impression that i was receiving a free game bundle with 3 free game downloads of my choice. After purchasing the unit, I come to realize that i'm not going to receive the free games they promised. I reached out to the store as well as AMD, and neither have been helpful. The store just brushed me off, and AMD support told me to email AMD Rewards, which I did, but I never received a response from AMD, and it has been 10 days since I reached out to them. I will be returning the AMD powered desktop tomorrow when I get back home. Do not buy AMD products, they are engaging in FALSE ADVERTISING/UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES, and when you reach out to them they either brush you off, or they never respond. INTEL ALL THE WAY, at least they're willing to assist their customers.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN AMD , It's sad that they would rather take the bad reviews and have their $1000.00 product returned rather than assist the customer with the less than $100 in games of which they falsely advertised. Lucky for them I have better things to do: or I would take their website completely down over the holidays, If only it were legal. I feel a strong boycott coming on.
