I am thrilled, they solved my complaint online in 5 days. They took over the CPU by DHL in Serbia, sent it to the Netherlands. They did everything and sent me a new unpacked replacement device, all in 5 days. Well done, professionalism, organization, speed and in the end the result, all in the time of Covid19.
