I complained to the store, they were available but did nothing to fix the problem, only thing they did was rearrange the worktop which I had been waiting for 3 weeks and still no response, for the moment I plan to go to court

I ordered doors in January and was told it would take a long time to deliver.
I fully understood that it might not be delivered until June.
As it will be June next week, today I went to ask if they already knew anything about the delivery.
Upon entering I was barely spoken to and after a long insistence I was told they did not know when my order would arrive.
I therefore asked if she wanted to check the system to see if there was already a delivery date.
The seller and the skinny had completely enjoyed that at first, but I kept pushing and finally the seller was finally willing to look into the system and so it came out that the delivery is June 3rd.
I therefore think that as a customer I should not be treated like this and certainly not for the amount of 1570: 00
This is the last time I have ordered something from the Hubo, I expect something like this at a large hardware store but not at you.

So you have to guess whether the latest articles will come. In addition, I have already sent a number of emails to customer service and there is no response. My advice for HUBO! Stop selling online! If you can't make this happen, you better not offer it. You scare away regular customers this way.
