Hubo België NV Review

I ordered a black rustic kitchen with some accessories, I ended up receiving a classic dark gray kitchen without accessories as if the badly cut worktop outside the sink was not enough;
I complained to the store, they were available but did nothing to fix the problem, only thing they did was rearrange the worktop which I had been waiting for 3 weeks and still no response, for the moment I plan to go to court
because I find myself discredited by people who have ignored my complaint as if I had placed the order with the supplier, all this by incompetent people who do not know what they are selling, Too bad

Am very satisfied with Hubo in general, but the Hubo in Lanaken is great! We have been helped by Mario who has done everything to adjust the wipers of our car Thank you Mario! And Hubo

Last week LED lamp with fixture purchased in Hubo Hamme, it appears that it does not work during installation.
In the meantime I no longer have a receipt and packaging and it can no longer be exchanged, here I am now sitting with a new LED lamp that does not work. So more than 22 in the bin, shame Hubo.

I hereby want to file a complaint about the Hubo Rotterdam Ommoord, the Netherlands
I ordered doors in January and was told it would take a long time to deliver.
I fully understood that it might not be delivered until June.
As it will be June next week, today I went to ask if they already knew anything about the delivery.
Upon entering I was barely spoken to and after a long insistence I was told they did not know when my order would arrive.
I therefore asked if she wanted to check the system to see if there was already a delivery date.
The seller and the skinny had completely enjoyed that at first, but I kept pushing and finally the seller was finally willing to look into the system and so it came out that the delivery is June 3rd.
I therefore think that as a customer I should not be treated like this and certainly not for the amount of 1570: 00
This is the last time I have ordered something from the Hubo, I expect something like this at a large hardware store but not at you.

Ordered a product via the website, when I went to pick it up it was 20 euros more expensive than the website. I let it go and get it on someone else. Very poor service in the stores, they had better called SEARCH it themselves.

On March 30 I visited Hubo Zonhoven: I needed 17 bags of concrete from Knauf ... I ask a, somewhat older, employee if he could make me a receipt for the cash register, so that I could pay and continue on to the collection point. This employee refused pertinently and stated that I only had to take a shopping cart to drag 425 kg of bags of concrete over the meager parking lot to the car ... Believe me freely: I live only a stone's throw away from this store, but even if they everything there for nothing away, then I still do not set foot inside!

Spring box ordered in March today only received a high-pressure cleaner, there are still customers who experience this otherwise never had problems at hubo Ninove and lessons

Real incompetent delivery of 5 weeks maximum when ordering a fully paid kitchen 3624 euros to which we add 4 weeks of confinement which is normally 9 weeks, there 13 weeks for delivery, including a broken furniture when loading hubo Peruwelz I am asked to wait another 5 weeks for the replacement of the broken furniture brief complaint lodged with the consumer mediation service, for compensation. (Hubo Peruwelz does not deign to make any commercial gesture in view of the inconvenience encountered under the pretext of the covid, I see on forums that hubo Peruwelz was also unable to assume other deliveries from the Peruwelz store during confinement) complaints to the parent company without answers, complaint lodged with the consumer mediation service as well as with the purchase test. To this day I prefer not to set foot there and work with responsible people.

Placed an order on March 28. First, sky-high shipping costs (69 euros) were charged. This has finally been able to cancel and rectify the headquarters for which I am very grateful. But in the meantime my entire order has still not been delivered. I am still waiting for 2 articles. Unfortunately, you will not get any reports of everything coming in 5 times ..... So you have to guess whether the latest articles will come. In addition, I have already sent a number of emails to customer service and there is no response. My advice for HUBO! Stop selling online! If you can't make this happen, you better not offer it. You scare away regular customers this way.
