The amount of inconvenience I had to deal with over the years would be a separate publication. That's why I try to avoid Alza as far as possible. Today, after buying a tablet from a competitor, I literally walked around when I realized that it would want a case. On the Internet had the same model in the version "unpacked in stock" and a brand new which was 13 crowns more expensive. I did not want to risk for a few crowns and ordered the new one. I waited for the delivery about half an hour, but this is of course my problem, because alza generously offers the possibility of express spending for an additional fee. When I received the goods I could not notice the cleanly cut warranty stickers on the packaging. I gave up some guesswork, because it was just a case, but this situation beautifully summarizes the way alza works.

Here I first saw Alza showroom in 2018 - brutal in size and open at night.

Get your pay parking sorted guys 1 hour is no where near enough free time!! At least 2 hours is needed if you really want to attract people to possibly buy more products in the shop otherwise everyone is rushing to avoid paying to park.

Great place for buying electronics, probably the cheapest in Czech. The service has improved over the years, more floor staff, more pickup counters and a separate area for returns and other issues. Most of the staff speak English and are generally friendly. I recently had to take back a printer that was within its warranty. They sent it to get it serviced and I got it back 1 month later which seems a bit too long but I think is the usual amount of time for any electronics through Alza warranty.

Unlike other reviewers, my experience is quite positive. Apparently I came across a good seller, everything I needed was willing to explain, the payment and dispensing system lasted a few minutes, despite the fact that there were many customers. I really have nothing to complain about.

I was here on a complaint in those zones. Very well done. There is a wealth of electra in the shop area.

When you come to shopping peaks, get ready for ultimate human hell. Outside rush hour nice shopping and fine cafe.

Shop by my liking, showroom when you do not know, fofr place orders when you know what you want. Prices sometimes higher than the competition, but if it works so why should Alza marginalize :-)

As a boon, speed and dispensing places with Alza are boxes. The price is negative (as I understand due to the tax burden in this country), and everything that you buy there is a crab (which I do not understand where the berths take).

How do I rate the biggest and probably the best e-shop in CZ? He has no competition, so the number of stars is irrelevant. I give the golden center despite the fact that I am generally satisfied with them. But the three stars are also because they are a marketmaker and from that point of view they only see customers as wallets on their feet. The "human face" that makes up the relationship has been lost. But from the business point of view, I keep my fingers crossed

Alza and I have been shopping across the street from the beginning. Always amazing customer service, everything handled immediately, including complaints and returns. Although the same goods are cheaper elsewhere, I go to Alza anyway, I would never change.

Well-organized delivery system, within 5 minutes you have the goods with you. In the showroom it is possible to try many things or just have a coffee.

It's hard to say anything about Alza, the original store. I have been shopping in Alza since 2006 and I do not like where it goes, even being disgusted. As Alza grows and swells, it affects the functioning of the parent shop and the time from ordering to picking up the order. Before (when I was still living in Prague) I was used to order something and go straight to Alza and on the way I usually got an SMS that the goods are ready to take over, with it I often do not come and it is really necessary to wait until the SMS or mail comes There I have it and the goods at which they write that there is directly in stock, which I do not understand. Suspiciously often happens when buying unpacked goods that I wait for it as trotl and they write something like "the goods are damaged, you can buy a new piece at a higher price" it really destroys me. It also upsets me what they do for the last 3-5 years that cut each order into several packages, even though everything is in stock either at the central warehouse or at some branch, so I just can't understand why they still send it as a multi-piece shipment and why pack things that they are not brittle to the pounds of bubble wrap. I usually put a package on the mail and then I have to giggle it before I mail it and knock it in the backpack, which is simply retarded. But it probably is not related to the branch of Holesovice, I think that from there they do not send long ago.

Once upon a time the branch of Hole ivec was well-arranged and beautifully marked, now one wanders and when I complained something, I waited 20 minutes for it where they told me that I had to go to "tech zone" or something. it was done when it was still spoken in Czech. And the problem is not in English but mainly in the fact that there is no indication that there will be complaints, just how the hell a man know? Pay machines are not half a mile away from picking or commenting on what the purpose is obvious - going through a maze of shops I don't need. :-D

On the other hand, I have to say that in more than 10 years I never had a problem with complaints or returning the goods, it again as people Alze wrong, or just terrible bad luck.
But a lot of it is about that little when I claim something, today's products are so poor that I anticipate that it will have to break down and finish to make it work. So if it is not something I really can not do (PC components, etc ..) so instead of complaint, I usually advise myself, because the complaint is not a solution, you get the same thing with the same problem, so you have 2 options - want to go back and risk that You buy the same thing (very likely) or just do something about it yourself.

Here, the quantity is not quality, the goods are easy to get here but after a few weeks / months they are not usable. With complaints, it is not a kind of honey, after all we are what we want in the Czech Republic ...

Just call Alza. Higher prices are more than exhaustively offered services, comfort and access. People at the advertisment with you act with the same smile and professionalism as when you buy a thing. I do not always make the situation resi to the customer's satisfaction. If you still notice that something could be done better, they will do so most likely to do

Big store with a lot of stuff, from phones to computers to most electronic devices you can thing of. Staff doesn't speak English so well but some of them knew enough to understand and answer what's needed.

Clearly the best e-shop with electronics. Purchases can be made at the headquarters in Hole ovice in 7/24 mode. In addition, Alza.cz has a perfectly built network of other dispensing points. Personally, I often shop here and report great satisfaction.
