I've been going here for years for a variety of medical reasons . I've been for my pregnancies , post deployment care , carpal tunnel , regular check ups, eye exam and glasses, ect . Sometimes you'll have to call around a bit to get to the right department but as long as you have a good attitude they are more than willing to help with whatever you need . Staff and doctors are nice, some monotone but nice overall and helpful, and seem to genuinely care about the services they provide . The only real issue I've had is if you forget to make note of an appointment the reminder in the mail usually comes the day of or after , which isn't very helpful because by then you've most likely missed your appointment. Parking can also be crowded but they have volunteer drivers busing people around now so you can park wherever you find a spot and catch a quick ride to any building, this doesnt take long . I would give yourself atleast 10 extra minutes for this process though .

This for Radiology. The front desk was very nice and helpful but I m not happy with the people who did my xray, seemed clueless and apathetic.They took me back had me wait there for about 30 minutes. The lobby was empty. . Then apparently the exam they did was not fully diagnostic according to my doctor.

This hospital will trick a person into seeking help, disobeying No Known Next Of Kin request. Then teach your family how to commit Civil Thefts.

I want to start out by saying that I believe that this is the best VA facility in the US. Not every experience started out well, but every person there made sure that there was a positive outcome. I want the Director of this facility to read this one. On December 28, 2020 I had a scheduled appointment with my specialist. As I was not informed of his much needed vacation, I drove many miles and several hours to find the facility locked down. I was confused as to being a little older and very stressed out. I entered the urgent care area and an ambassador immediately started to help me. He got me to my check in spot and there they informed me that my Doctor wasn t there. He immediately advocated for me then escorted me to the waiting room in hopes that I could see someone. He stayed with me until I was able to talk with someone from the MU-SUR/GU/URO/MD. The first lady told me that there were no spots available. She then said that she would get my nurse Sam Hagan. They put me in the waiting room. I was crying because I ve been without labs, breathing medications for many months to this point. That problem was managed by over the counter meds that kind of work. I cannot manage my prostate over the counter and dangerously close to running out of medicine. Mr.Hagen came and got me from the waiting room in an reasonable amount of time. The first thing that he did was get me squared away with my prostate medication. He then above and beyond the call of duty diligently started try to solve my other issues. He ended up being successful in getting me my much needed medical supplies and medicine in the pharmacy that day. He profusely apologized for me slipping between the cracks in this Covid-19 mess. I was seen by my specialist a little over a week later. I have been offered to drive closer to home. But I love my healthcare given at this facility. It is worth my time. I want this man recognized for his commitment to all that have served their country! Thank you Mr. Sam Hagan! Also want say to my Doctor, thank you for remembering whom I am and our funny conversations picks up year after year. Personal care from people that care. Thank you!

Place is a joke. Never on time for appointments but I am late then it's Greek tragedy.

Though it will take a very very long time to find your way around.

All buildings are connected via long long corridors.
Beautiful inside and out!
Floors are like none I've ever seen.
Clean, bright and gorgeous!!!

Doctors provide excelllent care! The Volunteers are very courteous and thoughtful.

Management is a joke. My wife and I both had appointments with no family around our son need to come due to schools still being shut down. Nope screw veterans health that kid can't come in! What a joke!

Always received excellent care here and I rely on VA for many services.I have gotten care equal to any medical facility around the US in my experience and enjoy the atmosphere and belonging.
