Altec Design created a website for a company that works awesome for us. I am very computer illiterate so them taking care of all of our leg work really helped. In the process of designing our website Sam even tried to teach me the process' which were required to make our hopes work. We asked for a lot of changes to the original design which they fulfilled. We feel great about our website and know that Sam and Brian will be there for any pickiness we might have in the future.

I have worked with Altec Design for probably close to 8 years and their dedication, care, and effort is unmatched compared to the numerous other partner companies I have dealt with professionally. Both my husband and I were using a different hosting site for each of our websites. He moved his first to Altec and found it to be a satisfying experience and suggested I do the same. Given that I'm not very tech savy, Brian handled the whole transition seamlessly making it pretty painless for me. Since the transfer, I have had a couple of minor issues which were self inflicted, and Brian was very responsive and quick to resolve them for me. If you want a reliable and hassle free service I would highly recommend you work with Altec.
