Nurses are more worried about their break then helping patients, they take forever to get to patients when they buzz for help, place is always understaffed. Jeanine on 3rd floor is rude and doesn't know what she's talking about, said my mother in law was faking not being able to move well and when it was time for my mother in law to have her pain meds Jeanine said it wasn't time for them even though it was til hubby did the math for her on the time. Next day mother in law passed away. This place is HORRIBLE if you truly love your elderly ones DO NOT put them in here, they will go from needing minimal help to a hoyer lift for help before they pass away.
You should judge a nursing home when you visit it, and you will like this one!! Residents here are clean, happy and well taken care of. You will find them singing in the lobby with a piano player, getting their hair done in the salon, or enjoying a meal in the cafeteria with families and friends.
Place isn't very good patients are not taking care of properly! Patients are not checked regularly. Samaritan keephome is a joke and treat there patients like junk!
The patients room are kept clean. The staff is great! Food is good. Good activities! All in most parts excellent!
Best medical care in the area. The level of Knowledge and skill. Dr kalmar is one of the best doctors in the new born and child care. He has deicated his life to help the youngest patience.
as a CNA for almost about 5 years now , and working in different facility , Samaritan is a place that give better care, time for a Resident, CNA specially 4th floor which i work with last 2 years ago , i will confidently would say that their really know what their doing , their practice and experience are above and beyond. We work as a team , everything is organized,shedule of worker, appointment of resident, salary, benefits, how they appreciate employee. I miss you guys (4th floor )
