By far the worst company I've ever come across. No regard for the hard working Americans who trusted this company. This is not a one star review. This is a no star review. I feel horrible for my customers and their experience with this company. Treating hard working

Six and half years ago I left advertising to sell manufactured homes. Four and half years ago I moved to Phoenix to sell homes for AltaCima's Factory Select Homes. This may have been the best decision of my life, and I ve now worked for this company the longest. They are super fair to both employees and our customers and I'm fortunate to have a GM that cares. I look forward to many more years. If I went to any other manufactured home retailer, it would be a step down.
Recently bought a home from The Home Outlet AZ, one of their businesses. A total nightmare. Very stressful and unfortunately legal help is needed. Shady business practices. Do not buy from this company.
It has been an absolute pleasure working for this company. Communication is very good, they take care of their own, constantly run incentive programs, and the pay is amazing. You are given the tools to excel, it is up to you on how you use them but Corporate is always there to help. Look forward to many many years.
This is the company that lets the Home Outlet in Chandler do whatever they please and doesn't care how they treat customers. I highly recommend to everyone not to do business with anyone affiliate with this company, the Home Outlet, or Cavco. They told me that the house takes 5 months to be delivered and then it took almost a year! On top of that, during that year, they could not tell me why it was taking so long until the end, and then somehow found that it was my fault. They have given me instructions to do something one way, and then later tried to blame me for it done being done incorrectly. I had to call between the lender and the Home Outlet several times one day, because the employee at the Outlet kept claiming that she has sent the paper work. When I finally conferenced her with the lender they told her what paper work was needed, her response "oh" and somehow it was able to be solved. I tried to explain to the supervisor that it's unacceptable for me to have to play messenger between his employee and the lender, just because she didn't believe me when I kept telling her they needed certain paperwork. His response was for me to prove it to him by telling him exactly what paper work. Do not do business with this company or anyone affiliated with this company.
