Departments do their job very well and friendly, also a nice and clean hospital. Waiting times and certainly those of the pharmacy can be much faster because that takes a lot of time. I was there with my girlfriend and newborn son waiting for medication and it certainly took 20 to 30 minutes until I was helped. I hope they will work on this.

Helped quickly and accurately on ward 85 (general surgery)
The help and care is top level for me, all employees are extremely
friendly and the waiting time is also very short every time.
As a consolation for yourself you can eat well in the hospital and we did that a few times.
Thanks and appreciation for this hospital and its employees.

Femoral artery cleaned. Stayed in the hospital for 3 days and already walked again after 1 day. Great compliment to doctors and nurses. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much. You would almost lie there for pleasure. It is only then that you realize how fantastic the care is arranged. Thanks again for all the good care and the very professional approach !! I don't know what could be better!
After I wrote this review I also looked at some other reviews. In my opinion, some bad reviews don't make any sense at all. It is all human work, so things may not go as well. If there is an emergency treatment in between, you may have to wait a little longer. So what. If you find the parking fee too high, you must take a taxi. If it is very busy you can not put that on the account of the hospital. Incidentally, I was recorded for the second time and the experience with the first recording was equally excellent. For the negatives; try a hospital in England or France for example!

I was in the wrong location by accident. Still, I was helped at the clinic. Even at the time of the Corona crisis and all the stress that this entails, all employees were very friendly and helpful.
I am very happy that a solution was sought and that I was helped fairly quickly, they could also have sent me home.

Very good help in the department of oral surgery. All four wisdom teeth had to be removed, I had been against this for years. I had to come back 2x for this and both times I was very friendly. The dental surgeon Dhr. van Velzen (if I remember correctly) together with his assistants have made this experience a lot less scary for me. They put me at ease and told exactly what they were going to do. Also the treatment was soon behind us (think the operation took about 10 minutes both times). It is also quickly and beautifully healed, so I am satisfied! :)

Run-up after a minor operation from my partner. It was terrible ... several times the hospital had forgotten appointments and on the day itself communication was very poor. No communication at all to be honest unless you keep going after it yourself.

Recently had 2 wisdom teeth pulled, I could cry. Just kept going when you indicated you were in pain. Several times indicated that it was not going so well and that I felt too much (something with the anesthetic?) But continued again because: 'yes, we are almost there anyway'. Then I also felt how the stitches were pulled nice and bluntly through my gums.

Has now been waiting for more than half a year for minor surgery. Every time I take a step further in the preparation something goes wrong and I have to call at the back. Now do I really get to hear that my surgery has been postponed due to the summer vacation while all operations have been postponed during the stricter Corona measures? Assistants on the phone and at the desk are very friendly, thankfully (but not with the general number of the hospital), but my fear has only become more than it already was.

A hospital where on an individual level most people do their best (I keep believing in the good nature of the human person) but in general there are too many open ends which justify the conclusion that there is not much of the steering, control and settlement in this not very big hospital. Always busy in the emergency room, sometimes almost cursing staff, always assistant doctors where the uncertainty about diagnosis and treatment is almost tangible. Also in serious cases such as a cerebral infarction. Whether or not strong blood thinners? In the wrong case someone is bobbed. Patients who are bled by "underage" girls who think they can treat the elderly as their dog.
Sending people away from the heart monitor in the middle of the night after the family has been sent home. Do not inform the Thrombosis Service during admission and discharge, etc. This is only a selection of two cases in a period of one year. Of course this will not stop. Not automatically

I am very satisfied with this hospital.
For me it is on the other side of the country. (Nijmegen region). I was brought in here after an accident with an ankle fracture. Was constantly kept informed and involved in the treatment. After consultation, we decided to do the operation here as well.
The same day I was allowed to go home. All credit to the doctors and nurses in the emergency room and OR.

Several times very badly arranged. They leave a dying patient who should have been sent to a hospice or her own home in a disconsolate room, when they had first told that there was a place in a nice hospice nearby. This turned out not to be the case. Each time we get a different doctor for our (family of the patient) nose with a different story. Doesn't make sense every time. Also have no place for the patient anywhere else. In other words, too bad. No stars worth this hospital.

I had an appointment at 0930 for a drain to be placed after an IV had to be put in a hospital apron until 1030 am then I was helped but for an unknown reason I was only helped at 1700 all the time sat there in that apron. at 2200 I was able to leave the hospital. Went to Alrijne Leiderdorp for removal of two wisdom teeth. The dental surgeon was a cold, distant woman who just wanted to be ready as soon as possible. If it hurt, I had to make a noise they said Well, I made enough noise but she just kept going. Months have passed and my jaw cramp has never gone away.

I drove a little further for the other two wisdom teeth, to Bronovo Haaglanden. Due to the previous experience, I immediately had a panic attack but Bronovo's dental surgeon went as calm as I needed.
