Dental surgeon was extremely unfriendly, I indicated that I was very scared and no understanding was shown, sarcastic comments were made and everything was responded to very abruptly. Assistants on the phone and at the desk are very friendly, thankfully (but not with the general number of the hospital), but my fear has only become more than it already was.
