For the umpteenth time disappointed in the service...

For the umpteenth time disappointed in the service of the first aid. Worthless. Upon entering, the staff apparently drank vinegar. I really understand that it is busy and that we have to wait. But now after more than 2 1/2 hours with a child of 8 .... I'm tired of it. I indicated that our daughter is dead tired ... but people lack empathy here.
