My experience with alpine was a very positive one until my sales rep was terminated with the company. Since then, I get no customer service. I ve heard a lot of things and Darrell Dirks is the man in charge right now and doing a very terrible job, many of the reps say he s horrible to work for, he s ran many of the critical people in charge out the door. Would not recommend as they seem to need to get better management! Do not believe the lies that there s new/better management! I miss the old alpine and can t wait till my contract is over so I may switch to a more competent processor.
