These guys are money-suckers. Called and said a procedure was covered by insurance, and it cost us another $250. Go somewhere else! Not happy at all!

My husband and I discovered Dr. Cheryl Lee Eberting several weeks ago. After many years of sun abuse, she has developed an action plan for us, repairing the years of sun damage. I strongly recommend Dr. Cheryl Lee and her staff! Thank you for being so patient and kind.

Bad experience. Scheduled my visit a month ago and today was the earliest they could see me. I gave my insurance information over the phone and on their booking portal. There was never a word about whether or not they accepted my insurance and the visit was scheduled.
Now, a month later, I show up at the office and they tell me that they don't accept my insurance. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I've been a patient at Alpine Dermatology for years, and I always have such a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and professional, and I feel listened to and cared for. We recently changed insurances that made us out of network for Alpine Dermatology, but my family and I still come here despite having to pay cash because we didn't want to have to change providers. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a quality Dermatology experience!

I have been to Alpine Dermatology twice and both times I was very disappointed. The Dr (Karen Stolman) spent very little time looking at my skin and did not listen to any of my concerns. She suggested birth control and said that no topical treatment could help. I have since used a medical topical treatment and SURPRISE it works! She kept bringing up things that had nothing to do with the issue I went to see her for. Her bedside manners are horrible!! The only kind person was the front desk employee. I would never suggest this place to anyone. I usually don't write bad reviews, however, I feel the need to warn people!

Great services, very accommodating. Ask for the MA named Sadie, she was exceptional and very personable. All the providers are excellent and try their best to get you in and out.

Saw me as a walk-in and helped immediately for an extremely fair price. Highly recommended office!

Best dermatologist visit I ve ever had, and I ve had plenty. Such a nice center and staff. Carolyn the NP was an amazing listener and very well educated. She knew exactly how to help me when others couldn t. They have my business for sure.

Great place! I had Cheryl fix my earlobes after I had ripped them by wearing heavy earing. She charged a 3rd of what my other dermatologist charged and did a great job. She also spends alot more time checking every mole and I have alot.

Anyone who is struggling with acne-go to this clinic! For years, I saw multiple other dermatologists in the area for my acne with little success. When I went to Alpine Dermatology, I saw Dr. Stolman and my experience was completely different. She examined my face, chest, back, scalp (No one had ever done this-just quickly looked at my face). She immediately diagnosed my acne as "yeast acne" and explained how it is very commonly missed by dermatologists. She gave me a topical gel and shampoo that treated the yeast overgrowth in my skin and within 6 weeks-my skin had improved SIGNIFICANTLY. I highly recommend going to this clinic because they look for the root problem and triggers of acne, instead of just prescribing you the baseline acne meds.

Leaving a review for my mom. She came here to get something checked. They biopsied it but it took weeks to get the results after calling and calling. Either they wouldn't answer or no one was ever available in the lab. Months later she received a bill and it was paid in full. After that she recieved a collections notice from them for something else. There communication is terrible and their billing practices need work. Won't be going back ever.

My daughter is 11 and has severe eczema. We have tried every cream, bath, natural remedy, etc-nothing has been a long term success. Dr. Eberting saw her a couple months ago and recommended the eczema kit she invented. She told us to do apple cider vinegar baths too-her eczema has improved SO much. The doctor knows so much about kids with eczema and explains it to you.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn't tell anyone to go to this dermatology office. I had a cyst removed by the office PA 6 months ago. 1st: The PA isn't very nice and doesn't care about your pain level. 2nd: She took the stitches out too early which caused more scarring than there should have been. 3rd: When I told her that I needed more numbing she said "stop paying so much attention to your body". I'm pretty sure anyone in their right mind would pay attention if their body was in pain. Pain is the bodies way of telling you something is wrong. It's natural! 4th: The cyst came back and is worse than ever. Which I of course went to a different doctor and he said that the PA must have missed some of it and that's why it came back. I have never been into the main Dr. at Alpine Dr. Eberting so I can't speak for her. I have heard many good things about her but I was unable to get an appointment with her so I had to settle for her PA. I guess on the bright side the PA is easy to get an appointment with.... coincidence? I don't think so.

Fantastic experience. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable. Front staff was professional with positive attitude. The clinic is very clean and professionally decorated and inviting. The doctors are amazing, great bedside, genuine and truly love their job. Took me a minute to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend

Very thorough and kind treatment. Treated my wife s condition expertly. Very friendly staff. Went the extra mile in caring for her.

I have been a patient here for several years. I live overseas at the present time and come in every year to be seen. I called up to make an appointment and they told me I have a bill at the collection agency which I need to take care of. I find out the bill went back to 2015 and no one had said anything about it before. When I asked them why - they had wrong information on file for me. They had never updated my information in their system. On top of that I paid another bill they said I owed there only to find out that there system had billed that wrong as well. Very incompetent place and very upsetting as it effected my credit score. I will never go back to see them again.

Alpine Dermatology has been a saviour for our family! Dr. Eberting and the office staff are always so willing to do whatever is needed to accommodate our needs and they are so friendly!! If you are in need of a dermatologist, I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Dermatology!!

She is very thorough and knowledgeable! She even has her own skin care line!

I am pretty disappointed with this place. I began experiencing pretty bad adult-acne in May 2017. I was not expecting this clinic to let me down this badly like they did. I went in once a month to try and get my acne under control. Each time, Dr. S was prescribing me something new. After three months of this with no results, Dr. S finally decided to put me back on accutane (I've been on this before). You have to take a pregnancy test, wait 30 days, and come back for another pregnancy test before you can be prescribed this drug. When I came back, I had a different doctor (Dr. E) because Dr. S was out of town. Dr. E was so incredibly unprofessional. She was slandering Dr.S to my face, practically saying she was incompetent and shouldn't have prescribed me the certain medications that she had in the past because they basically wouldn't fix my acne at all! Dr. E also told me she did not want to put me on accutane because I'm married and sexually active. I do understand there are risks with accutane and birth defects. I told her that when I was on accutane before, (1) I was sexually active on this drug because I have been married for two years and (2) I am an incredibly responsible person and take birth control very seriously. I felt like Dr. E was shaming me, like I was a horrible person for even thinking of putting a potential baby at risk like that. Seriously? I would never want to cause MY OWN baby (or ANY baby for that matter) birth defects, that's why I am incredibly careful and responsible. Not to mention, accutane requires you to be on TWO forms of birth control! Dr. E said to start seeing her instead of Dr. S if I wanted to clear up my acne and ended up prescribing me something entirely different. It has been a month with the new prescription and guess what? I STILL have acne. It's practically December 2017, 8 MONTHS LATER and no results. What a freakin waste of time and money. Not to mention, what horrible providers who clearly can't get along and work with each other. I'll be going somewhere else from here on out.

My 9 year old son dropped a bowling ball today at the bowling alley and it bounced up and smacked him creating a 15mm gash under his chin. Although they were booked out 2 weeks, Dr. Cheryl Lee squeezed me into her PA's lunch. Carolyn zipped him onto the bed, had him numbed, stitched and bandaged up in less than 20 min. All while cheerfully answering my questions and allowing me to video the procedure on my phone. She was so pleasant and gentle, it was a complete non-event for my son, which was a relief considering the amount of blood he saw and shocked looks on his sister's face after seeing the wound. This was the best experience I have ever had at a doctor's office.

I had lip fillers done by Carolyn the nurse practitioner. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel more comfortable about the procedure. They turned out amazing and natural.

This was one of the more disappointing doctor's appointments we have ever had. The doctor was quite pleasant, but was unable to help us. She said she would refer us to an "expert" but never got back to us. I called and left several messages with the office answering machine and NEVER got a response. So sad.

Also, the wait was completely insane. We were there for more than two hours and saw the doctor for about ten minutes. It seems like this place is really unorganized and unprofessional. I was not impressed at all. So much potential!

Very very disappointed.

New in the area, I found Alpine Dermatology Clinic for my Botox. I first tried Sarah, the Physicians Assistant, and she gave me the best Botox treatment I've ever gotten! It resulted in the perfect amount of relaxation in my glabella and chin.

The second time I came in I made a side comment about suspecting skin cancer on the side of my nose. She asked about my symptoms (discoloration, flaking skin and itchiness), examined it and suggested pre-cancerous cells. She offered to add a treatment to freeze it off right away. I agreed and I am soooo glad. That treatment was fast, easy and affordable.

Sarah is easy to talk to. At both appointments I've asked questions about different products and fillers and she took the time to personally address my interests.

I first visited them for acne last year and I waited in the waiting room for a solid 45 minutes. During the appointment I felt it was very rushed and impersonal and while I work in a dental office so I understood offices get behind and busy I thought it was just that day. My second visit was the exact same and maybe worse. I felt like I was shuffled around to get the job done as quick as they could. I'm a wuss (I'll be the first to admit it) with medical procedures so when they said they needed to shave off part of my skin to send to the pathologist I told them I may need to lay down so I can breathe better because I'm prone to pass out easily. They said it'll be quick, finished, and wanted to check my whole body. I told them I felt a little dizzy and asked to lay down and they asked if I could hold it for a couple more minutes while they finished checking. I said I'll try breathing through it and before I finished that sentence I passed out. I'm already embarrassed as is so the whole situation just made it worse. But what medical professional responds like that when a patient says they think they need to lay down and breathe for a second? I'm looking for a new dermatologist if I need things in the future.

Dr. Eberting is the most knowledgeable and helpful doctor I've ever visited. She truly cares about her patients and definitely knows what she's doing. Highly recommend.

I have recently started to go to Alpine Dermatology. The staff has been very friendly every time I have gone in and the office is so cozy and cute. Decorations aside, I have seen the PA to help me with my skin problems and Carolyn was great. She made me feel comfortable and recommended a treatment that has worked well for me. I really appreciated the time she spent with me.

I also just had a chemical peel there and although I can't remember the name of the technician that helped me, my skin feels and looks great after just one time. The technician also was very patient and really took her time to answer all of my questions. Would totally recommend Alpine Dermatology to anyone looking for this type of service.

Helped my 3 year old with a 2nd degree burn from boiling water. I can't even express how helpful Dr Eberting was. To my amazement there is no scarring thanks to their helpful instructions. The use of secure messaging was sooo useful and I was able to send pictures and as questions then get responses right away. Such a great experience.

I have been a patient since I moved here 8 years ago. They found a positive cancer growth and set the wheels in motion for the surgical removal. I now go back every year for a checkup. No waiting and all very professional and friendly.

I was a patient here for over a decade and while trying to make an appointment they let me know that I had an outstanding bill and it was with collections. You can send me your promotional emails but you can t contact me about a bill? You take a copy of my drivers license every time I come in and you didn t think to maybe mail the bill to my address? I have sent so many friends and family your way and that stopped today.

I went and saw Alpine Dermatology for minor acne. I was put on a topical cream and told to use it 2x a day (saw another dermatologist after and he said that should be used a couple times a week) ended up getting chemical burns on my face. Due to Covid I was unable to be seen in person and had to use their online system. She told me it wasn t chemical burns but a bacteria infection on my face and prescribed me an antibiotic that I told her my family is severely allergic to. I double and tripped checked with her and she said the drug would be fine. Flash forward 6 months and over $1000 later and I am still dealing with the side affects from seeing them and am still being billed. Their billing office was extremely rude when I called to see if I had any outstanding bills since I hadn t received any. I would not recommend them and wished I had waited to see a different office.

The Doctor and her staff are very knowledgeable and care about their patients concerns. I have been here several times and appreciate the time they spend with me understanding my questions and concerns. I've never felt rushed through my appointment. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Eberting for over 7 years. We found her by chance and have been so grateful to have happened into her office. She has treated us for various skin problems, but most often for skin cancers on my husband. She is very thorough, kind, efficient, and doesn't miss a thing! At one of his visits she noticed something that she wasn't sure about and biopsied it just to be sure. It was a cancer just on this side of having turned into a melanoma. My husband goes to see her every six months and has 5-10 spots removed or treated each time. She doesn't just remove spots just to remove spots. Every spot has come back positive for skin cancer. I have also been treated by Carolyn and have been very happy with her care. We are so grateful to have such an experienced and wonderful doctor as our dermatologist. Thank you, Dr. Eberting. I will continue to recommend her to all my friends and family.

I have had 6 family members treated by Dr. Eberting, including one who had suffered from something for many years that no Dr. was able to figure out. I also have a child who has very severe genetic eczema, and Dr. Eberting's advice and her lotion stuff changed my daughter's life. You cannot find a more knowledgeable Dr., and her staff and office are nice too. We were seen for things ranging to mole removal to severe acne being treated, as well as the severe eczema and a few other things. The other thing you should know about Dr. Eberting is that she is very knowledgeable and concerned about chemical and allergy exposure, so she does everything she can to avoid exposing you to them. This is very important to me, especially when having my children treated. Also, I have found that Dr. Eberting is always kind of thinking about your case in the back of her mind--she'll often brings up the latest research on causes or treatments, or if something isn't working, come up with something else to try. She is also a nice person. We have been more than happy with Dr. Eberting and her office.

I recently took my 3 yr. old daughter here for a second opinion on a rash on her foot, that another Dr. had subscribed a very strong antibiotic for. They did not believe it was an infection but were unsure the cause. They originally thought a virus but she displayed no other typical symptoms. After my visit both Dr. Eberting and Carolyn continued to research and work with other Dr.s to diagnose. They did figure out her strange case and even called me at home well after office hours to follow up. They truly cared for my daughter and were very thorough and followed up with me several times. They really went above and beyond to figure out her weird case with untypical symptoms.

Carolyn most likely saved my son's life last month. We have a family history of malignant melanoma. My 30 year-old son went to a dermatologist in Orem for an annual check who simply asked my son if he had any moles he was concerned about. Not acceptable when you re seeing a patient with a family history of malignant melanoma. My wonderful and vigilant daughter-in-law made sure my son had an appointment at Alpine Dermatology even though he was "seen" by the other derm just 2 months prior. During the full body check, Carolyn saw one little mole that "just didn't look like his neighbors" and did a biopsy. My son was diagnosed with aggressive but early stage malignant melanoma. Had he waited another full year and followed-up with the initial derm who wasn't as thorough as he should have been, we could have had a much different outcome. Thank you, Carolyn, we are forever grateful ... and to Dr. Eberting who has always taken such good care of our family.

I have never even written a review before. But this place was so bad that I just have to leave a review so that others don't waste their money as I did. Don't even waste your time with this place. I went to get a mole removed, check up on my KP, and to see what can be done about my scars caused by the KP. They gave absolutely no helpful information, wouldn't remove the mole because it's on my chin. Didn't give any help for KP or scar tissue. The only advices they gave was buying a common over the counter lotion that is not very good. So glad I spent so much money for a $1 of coupon.

Our family has been looking for a dermatologist that knew the answers to our concerns and wanted to help. Dr. Carolyn Sironen was very knowledgeable and treated our children with her expertise and gentleness. We are so glad that we finally found someone who cares!

Very disappointed. I went in for a consult requesting a specific treatment - a Profractional laser. I d done my research and felt that was the best option for me and the results I wanted. During my consult I was talked into a different procedure and deferred to the experts who insisted it would lift all my pigmentation and I d see dramatic improvement. I spent $2500 and at several days of my life hiding only to have my pigment significantly darker and more spots everywhere. A few weeks after, I called the nurse who did the treatment and sent her before and after photos via text and never received a response. You d think for that amount of money, especially when I had originally requested another procedure, I d at least get a return phone call. My skin is so much worse than it was before I had this treatment and I m so upset to be out that kind of money. It s disappointing no one has reached out or offered to help correct what they ve done. At the very least, they should offer me the treatment I had requested at the beginning!

Surprisingly I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called. Went in for a small procedure that required an incision. Took about 10 minutes and it was finished and all stitched up, didn t feel a thing! Great place, awesome staff, literally the best doctor visit I ve ever had.

I visited Dr, Cheryl Lee for a small issue, and she discovered it was more serious. I was impressed with her clinical diagnosis. Her team immediately resolved my issue within a few days. They are outstanding!

I was very dissatisfied with my 8 services and I felt that I was mistreated at this facility and then ignored when I complained.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Both me and my husband have gone here and never felt like the doctors cared about our concerns. Not only that but they will bill you for everything to make money off of you. I ve already dumped $800 in to them for things that they shouldn t have billed. Super unhappy with this place. Not here to help people heal. Thier there to make money.

The Office was friendly and great to work with. I had showed up a little late to my appointment and they did their best to try to fit me in. They did have a cancellation and were able to call me back immediately for my missed appointment that same day.
The providers were educational and made sure I understood my condition as well as what to look for in regards to preventative care.

Carolyn Sirenon is a miracle worker. I recieved compliments daily on my appearance. I am 67 yrs old and am told I look like I'm in my mid 50's. I love her artistic eye for just what my face needs to look younger. She doesnt over do it or under do it. She make me look natural and beautiful.

How are some of these reviews good? I feel like a crazy person after reading these. My wait time was seriously over an hour in this little waiting room. Dr. was really rushed and wanted to remove about 18 things from me , the things i did have removed were all benign and did not heal up well, scarred badly and got a huge bill from the office after paying day of. Saving grace is the staff i guess. So 1 star seems like enough for that. Go anywhere but here

Holy cow. I can t say enough amazing things about Alpine Dermatology! If I could give it a million stars I would! The whole staff was so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I got lips injected with Juvaderm by Jessica B and was so nervous. They made me feel comfortable and stayed by my side the entire way through. I m obsessed with my lips! Run don t walk to this place!!!!
