Bad experience. Scheduled my visit a month ago and...

Bad experience. Scheduled my visit a month ago and today was the earliest they could see me. I gave my insurance information over the phone and on their booking portal. There was never a word about whether or not they accepted my insurance and the visit was scheduled.
Now, a month later, I show up at the office and they tell me that they don't accept my insurance. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
