I live in the Reserve at Springdale here in Austin. Im sick of these apartments, if you dont have to move here. Don't. Because the staff doesn't care about the residents that just want the money. I've been without air for two days straight and no one has came to fix it. They employ people to lie to us and say their going to fix stuff and they don't I have an ill mother who lives with me. And they don't care. This is the worst property I've lived at where they promise you something and there has been no change. I wonder do we have a maintenance because you never can call and get them when you need too. Just watching these owners and how they the the residents here is disgusting and rude. No one should have to be treated like a bum because we live in low income property. Anyone who is looking to move please don't because its not worth the headache or the money

I leased for 12 months at LBJ station in Dallas and hadn t had to many issues until towards the end. When I moved out I left an item behind in my unit, when I called the office Michael assured me that it would be held for me in the office until I could come pick it up along with a package that had been mailed to me. Yesterday I called to let them know that I would be on my way and Courtney confirmed that they would be there waiting for me when I arrived. A few minutes later I got a call back from Michael saying that he had accidentally placed the item near the trash and housekeeping had thrown it away... Needless to say this was extremely frustrating because I had double and triple checked that it would be held safely with them. Cortney and Vanessa (the new manager) both said that there was nothing that they could do because it was an accident, I was never even offered an apology. Now I am left to pay out of pocket to replace the item due the carelessness and irresponsible nature of the leasing staff. I m very disappointed in the lack of communication and basic human empathy these apartment complex employees have. If you re looking for a trustworthy and dependable place to lease, this is not the company for you.

Living at their Parc East property & At this point I will be talking with my lawyer about my living conditions. This mold situation is not being taking care of the proper way.I have taken numerous of videos & pictures. I have been contacting the office & owners of this property since July . They lie and say I will get a call back never do. The first time I reported this to the office they sprayed bleach and painted over my walls. I contacted them again after my carpet had mold spots ( not to mention I have been requesting to get my carpet clean for months even before the pandemic) I was denied & they had no concerns about it. Contacted them for a third time because mold spots came on the ceiling again ! Guess what they did ?? The same exact steps. Now in my sons room something has spread all over his walls. These people don t care & I have expressed numerous of times my son has health conditions already. I even tried asking to move to a different apartment got denied for that as well. I was really nice about the situation now I m about done being nice.

Since taking over management of our property, the Burgundy, this company has been almost totally unresponsive to tenant/homeowners. Calling and emailing for simple requests are ignored. Atrocious.

Living on one of the Properties and wow how the maintenance respond so quickly. I feel like Queen B so to speak. To keep it real keep rocking.. Out of lifes ups and downs the maintenance here are bravo. Management is always on property which makes it super sweet when ya need something. I appreciate you all very much at Alpha Barnes Real Estate.

If I could give this management company a -10 star review I would!! It's really that bad. So much of the time we don't take negative review seriously enough, but they should be taken seriously, and here's why.

The property manager (Trinity Loft in Dallas TX) Shameka literally abused me to try to get me out of a unit. I am a quiet reserved person, I mostly traveled and was rarely home- she would give me lease warnings for stuff like hanging my blanket out to dry on the balcony for 15 minutes. Noise complaints when I was out of town. She even got her boss fired so that she could level up from assistant manager to property manager. Eventually, she racked up lease violations warnings against me for little stuff like parking, blankets, etc. and eventually she gave me a notice to vacate. I was literally shocked. I have always paid my rent in full and on time, have an 800 credit score, and a perfectly clean background. I was in complete shock and tears. There was never a sense of peace and unity living in this community due to a horrible leader.

When I tried talking with her about the notice to vacate- she rolled her eyes and wouldn't even look me in the face. Extremely disrespectful behavior. She moved me out of the community within a week (which not only was extremely stressful), but also and made me pay thousands of dollars to finish up my lease and pay for last-minute movers.

I LATER FOUND OUT THEY KICKED ME OUT SO THEY CAN RENOVATE MY UNIT AND RENT IT FOR MORE $$$$ !!!!!!! I had one of the best layouts in the building facing sunset, and my unit was highly requested. It all made sense a few months later!

As for the non-personal issues with the complex, the elevator never works, there was always pet poop in the hallways, there are gunshots and robberies in the building and neighborhood. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbor's toilet flushing, There are some really creepy criminal type people in this community as well. This building does not feel safe and it was scary living there as a single woman.

This was the WORST experience I've EVER had with any landlord/building; I've lived in so many places and have never had issues.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT from this unethical, rude, gruesome company like this. You will regret moving here!

I applied for an apt at The Park in Corpus Christi, Tx. that Alpha-Barnes manages. I paid the deposit and waited to see if we were going to get approved. We were denied and I thought they were supposed to give our money back right then. They stated that it would be 3-6 weeks before we would receive it. It has been 3 months and we haven't received it. I call and the operator sends my calls to someone's voicemail. I think we are gonna take them to small claims court since they had 30 days to return the deposit that should not have been cashed until we were approved. My wife says give them till monday at 2 PM to give us back our deposit and if they dont the next step will be small claims court.

It is completely mind blowing how unprofessional and disrespectful this management company is. You aren't a Real Estate Service company, you are slumlords who profit off of providing unlivable properties to renters. I moved into one of their "communities" April 30th and I have not had hot water one single day. Not to mention the unit as a whole was poorly prepped for move in (paint bubbling up, things not installed properly, the shower not working regardless of hot water). We put in a maintenance request the day we moved in and have been told we pretty much have to live with it. The supervisor (and her supervisor) refuse to contact me or my roommate back. We've taken all the legal, necessary steps to terminate our lease, but they refused to talk to us until after the 1st so that we would have to pay rent in order to have grounds to sue just to get our rent back for the month we lived there without hot water.

Nothing but $$$$ to them no compassion for renters just as long as you pay,they don't care 60 units with only 2 dumpsters emptied once a week nasty,break ins that they don't tell you about and stolen vehicles or vehicle break ins run don't rent check reviews of each property, appliances are under sized not normal sized really noticable with fridge
