High stress, High turnover rate, benefits not the greatest, organization lacking, management needs improving, pay is to be desired when considering above mentioned. But hey, if your desperate for a quick job... chances are good, but don't be surprised if your pulled into a room one day before your shift only to be released from your position if you are not meeting their performance goals which change all the time as well as your scripting. And expect an appeal from the company if you file for unemployment and you are determined eligible.
