Aloha Technology Pvt. Ltd. Review

My first company I attended an interview and lucky got selected, the only concern is the joining process is bit slow. Happy to work with Aloha Technology.

Basically it's cloud based company.
If you're going here for interview you should go in formal attire, selection process consist of 3 rounds 1)Written aptitude+technical (c/c++) 2)Technical interview 3)HR
If you have godd communication skills and basic knowledge then you can easily get selected here.
Company atmosphere is quite good and pleasant wind blows continuously.

Simply wasting the time of people who came for interview.

Would recommend a great company to start with , full of cultural diversity but still every one respects the view of other, lot of liberty if you are good at work , management decision making , opportunity to learn ,cross skill , respect for your work

Amazing company and amazing people. Only issue is common cafeteria and that to open

spent almost 1 year, just wanted to share my experience. Just want to tell one thing for freshers, you will definitely get one thing here is mental harassment from manager, at extremely high level. so consider this before joining.

I attend for the interview and cleared all round.
But after 8 days I called to hr regarding final joining status, hr said you are rejected.
So suggestion to hr please don't waste valuable time of candidates and don't do drama with candidates.
So please stop fake call of interview.
All interviews taken person are fake and doing drama with candidates.
So suggestion to job seeker please check interview reviews on glass door and then attend the call of fake aloha hr.

Went for the interview. Interview process is the worst. Took 2 candidates at a time for Technical F2F interview . And same old industry approved dialogue from HRs "We will let you know". Can't even be true towards the candidates.

Very nice company, specially for female employees because of timing and life balance. I'll truly recommend someone to join.

Good company for development, but not much for digital marketing job profile.

Had a interview here. The process was good. H.r round was wierd as they asked all family details. Technical rounds were good. But didn't get selected . Bad luck

It provides platform to show your expertise, your skill, Your suggestion and feedback in terms of better quality, process improvement is taken seriously by the higher management that is best part of it. Sky is the limit here.

Pros:
Good encouragement from managers and hr team. Strong leadership.

Cons:
You will become addictive to the company's work culture and feel part of the company in long term. You will feel pain while leaving the company.

Amazing interview process, rounds are bit difficult but seriously enjoyed the interview. Not too luck :(

Don't join this company.As a friend I would like to tell you suggestion.They will spoil your career.no work life balance at all, hike was not given from last 2 years.Employee harassment only.
As a fresher they will ask you to signed 2 years of bond which is illegal.The company is doing illegal internal process.@aloha You guys are shameless in India. Dirty politics ,Goverment should banned on Aloha Technology.

#so don't attend the aloha job posting calls and interviews posting.

After selection they said no to job seeker even after passing all rounds i dont see ethical .

My bad luck and lack of technical knowledge I rejected .. but there all round was very nicely treated and I learnt good things from manager and ... Hr was very nice ...
Actually they need excellent communication with basic technical skills... But I had gone without preparation .. if I get chance once more ... Then definitely I'll select..... ..

Interesting company to work with. Worked as digital consultant for more than 6 month. Very interesting and robust products.

Aloha is my first company and I joined as a software developer but like I see my other friends working hours and pressure, after working for more than 1.5 years I realized that I'm the lucky because in Aloha i had never seen such pressure or extra working hours issues.

Very nice organization to work with if you are not much concern about financial growth. Work life balance the best of the company.

Nice place. First round is easy , interview depends on your luck, but still prepare technical good.

Excellent interaction, good management, training provided.. leaders always worked shoulder to shoulder with respect. Understand the ups and downs of the employee and suggest the right path.

After clearing every thing. They did not call. No idea about their selection process.

First they call you again and again then you go for the interview after clearing all the round they will tell you leave for the day will contact you within 8-12 days after 8 days when you call hr she will tell you are rejected.simply advice to hiring team please don't waste our precious time we put efforts for the interview don't waste or valuable time and emotions.
