Warm welcome, room ambience was really good and a wonderful team with good customer service.

It is a great hotel in the sense of the word and deserves 10 out of 10 clean room services and you receive your car and delivery of the car in the hotel's garage and thanks to the receptionist Hisham Maghrabi, where he received me and provided me two rooms next to some because of the large family wonderful hotel and hope we return the ball is better
Very nice hotel, Awesome pool, the great thing about the pool is that it works until 10 pm or 11 , so when you come from your work late and exhausted you can have a great relaxing time in the pool.
What i didn't like is the reception, they never answer the phone when you call them from your room.
The rooms are good and clean but not wide.
Difficult to park the vehicle. No proper signages.

Awesome hotel with a great vibe. The hotel is very close to a mini market for cheap and convient access to food and supplies. The hotel itself also hosts a beautiful restaurant on 2 separate floors.
The rooms were beautiful, well maintained and always cleaned on our return back, the staff were friendly and the general vibe of the hotel was great. It's about a 50AED Taxi fare to Yas islands from the hotel one way for those travelling to those attractions.

we have booking 1 night ago but when we arrive we was surprised is no room available after waiting more then 3 hour they give us athoer room not same what we book and without breakfast

The rooms are nice and tidy and the prices are very reasonable and the view is beautiful, the location is very excellent and the rooms are very quiet, the entrance to the parking lot is behind the hotel and there is a plate with the name of the hotel written on it and then you go up to the first floor and on the same floor the entrance to the hotel will be of the highest quality and cleanliness in the hotel and the staff are a lot of help in everything, parking Of course, it is free, but you give them the card that catches the parking lot and seals it

Although parking was slightly bothersome the check-in process was simple. Also multiple necessities were accessible.

Breath taking view on the roof top at 12th floor to see the entire city from the top
So i was taking a piss in the mens toilet and i see this ad, abu dhabi's finest DJ's DJ Slim, DJ kaboo and DJ Nuff Said, every friday and free drinks for ladies in relax12 which is on the highest floor. and then iam like cool its Friday. And then i go up and charged for entrance 100aed wait from 11:00 til 12:00 and only back ground music was on no dj or anything the place is dead. Thanks for the buzz kill; thats a total fraud.

We were there for 12 days because the reviews were very good.
The location itself for Abu Dhabi is nice and quiet.
The room was spacious and clean.
But the air conditioning made it musty very quickly.
On Friday there was a party that we were informed about as our room was facing the pool. We were also offered to change rooms.
The party was loud ok, we accepted because we didn't want to move.
However, the pool was closed for 2 days because it was really disgusting.
It was cloudy and there was hair floating around and it looked like shreds of skin.
The breakfast and in general the food was good, sometimes more, sometimes less, but that's a matter of taste.
The all-inclusive offer was not enough for me.
Not all alcoholic beverages are ok. But as non-alcoholic drinks only soft drinks and still water, I found it really stupid because smoothies and the like were also offered but not in the all inclusive.
We wouldn't book the hotel again. The staff was sometimes unfriendly or pushy with other guests who did not have all inclusive that bought something at the pool.
But there were also very nice staff in the diner restaurant.

Today I visited This amazing hotel. I spent lovely time in pool. The most what impressed me and will makes me to come back to this lovely pool is Stefan. He is amazing and super hospitality person i have ever met in any of the hotels. The way he speaks body language his attitude was wonderful. I can tell 100% my first impression was extremely good because of Stefan professional and wonderful greeting and treating every single guest. Thank you so much Stefan.
Excellent services, polite reception, delicious and various dishes, good cultural atmosphere, modern design, well equipped rooms, many elevators, free roof pool and terrace, free gym, sky bar (only for people fron and above 18), stadium, Carrefour and other shops are nearby. The mosque is reachable by public transport or by taxi. The hotel prices are reasonable.

The room is very clean and comfortable but this hotel is not good for vloggers. I am a vlogger and i checked in to this hotel. I was with my family and was vlogging while staying here. My cousins and I were playing billiards and was vlogging but someone approach us and told us it s not allowed. I asked them why, and they said it s hotels policy but phone video is ok. I said ok but wondering why it s ok to take video using phone while using dslr camera is not. What is the difference? It s the same thing. Even if i ll use a camera phone i can still upload it. I can t find any logic on that. And I wasn t taking video of people but ourselves. Bottomline is, don t check in to this hotel if you really plan to vlog. If you re not it s ok.
First I'm a regular guest in the hotel & this is the first time I smell a bad smelly in the room like urine .
I hope the hotel would use some air freshener and to check the room before they handle the keys to the guest .
Good business hotel, perfect if you are here to visit the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) next to it.
The rooms are quite modern, WIFI is working well, at least in the room where I stayed.
On the downside, there is not much to see or do in the surroundings of the hotel. But Taxi is not so expensive in Abu Dhabi.

The hotel was really great. Especially the food was always very good. Of course, after 7/8 days you still have the feeling that it is always the same. However, we really found something delicious every day and there was nothing that did not work. The staff was always super helpful (although busy). You just have to approach them in a friendly way and then ask them to help you and tell you that you can exchange the money, for example, in a bank for a better rate than at the hotel. For any exploration of Abu Dhabi but you need a taxi. In principle, there is nothing within walking distance. But that applies to all of Abu Dhabi. You have to take a taxi at every corner. The cost but really not much. From the hotel to the Mushrif Mall for example have zwir 15 Dirham including tip paid (that is the equivalent of no 4). But well, this is about the hotel. Really great! The gym, the pool, the rooms, the service. Really everything 1A, gladly again. What I also really liked was the option to hang a sign on the door, it said that you do not need cleaning. In return, they have a 25 dirham coupon for them to get bars / restaurants. The environment, the cleaning power and also my stomach are happy. The cleanliness (also very very friendly) has knocked and fixed fresh water and picked up the garbage. Just great! Everything seems very thoughtful.
With us the hotel was pleasantly empty. Towards the end of the holiday it got more crowded, because tomorrow a fair starts here in the exhibition center. Now all the hotels are fully booked, according to the concierge. But you will not notice anything here. Presumably, these guests have no access to the pool, etc. It may make sense to googling before, if a trade fair in the travel period is. Maybe she's an exciting to visit or B is the reason why the hotel rooms are more expensive during the travel period. I would definitely come back :)
