awesome hotel. there is a liquor store (cheers) nearby. Search in google maps.
the rooms are gorgeous. The pool on the 5th floor is super, too. the bar on the 12th floor is quite expensive, but it is everywhere in hotels.

Very nice hotel in Abu Dhabi, in the are of the ADNEC (international congress). Perfect rooms, nice restaurants, fitness center and pool

Not so friendly staff, not willing to help at all. I stayed for around 15 day's, it's was not so pleasing. It's just like a hostel not really a hotel.

It's good, but there is a big problem of communication, they didn't pick up the phone easily, you have to call a lot until they reply, no matter you call from outside the hotel or from your room.
Room is prepared , good preparation, but still some issues are not perfect. Some areas need to be cleaned and the pillow and cover smell are not fresh clean.
Aloft Al Ain is really different.

Modern decor and interesting architecture. Located to serve huge conference centre. Attractive pool terrace on 5th floor and rooftop cocktail bar on 12th floor. Staff all most attentive and helpful. At bit remote from downtown but part way from there to Yas Marina circuit

I'm writing especially in this day which is 12, May my birthday , I received an amazing surprise a piece of cake from the hotel management with a nice card of wishes.
This is unforgettable memory in addition to the very nice hotel I recommend for any one who would like to visit and stay in the great city of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
The hotel that you will feel living in a vibrant place.

I liked the hotel as building & design, but had bad experience with check in.
Noticed the front desk chewing gum, which I consider very low class for 4 or 5 star hotel. asked him if he could please throw it away, he kept looking at me with plain face & no response. So I walked away as I have Misophonia. My wife goes to check in & told him that I can t stand gums, & he gave her a look & was very cold with her. I wanted to make a complaint but it was midnight & we both had to sleep 5 hrs before going to work, which we both didn t out of stress.
I had no idea that I paid to please the front desk. I m sure it was my bad luck. But still if I wanted to deal with low standard staff, I would have gone to 2 star hotel.
I was so angry because I don t know if he looked at me down because I wasn t formal dressed! Or he thought my wife is something else. I so wanted to burst but it would have made matters worst.
Hope management do something about that staff or when they monitor there staff wearing uniform they also monitor there behavior
I would have given it 1 star but I really liked the design of the hotel, & the staff that was moving luggage made us smile just for saying I have a nice shirt

A great hotel to stay in, funky style and casual. Friendly staff and great food. I recommend it.

I've only used the hotel for it's health club and pool. I like the facilities.. The pool is just ok for doing laps though not very convenient if crowded. The hotel itself has quite the young, loungy vibe and I can imagine 'hanging out' there if I was visiting. In terms of location, if you're a visitor to AUH, it's decent enough-it's (relatively) close to the Grand Mosque and attached to the exhibition centre (if you have work there), a 10-15 minute drive from the city proper.

Great ambiance, pool table, big swimming pool, large and comfy room.

Clean, spacious rooms with easy access to ADNEC. We always stay here when we are attending an exhibition. Basic amenities are available.

Nice to be back in aloft Abudabhi after over 6 months

I was only twice in the Aloft for receptions (once on the top, once at the pool) and it was both times a great experience. Great facilities, great hospitality and great drinks. Thumbs up!

Great place and lovely staff. Room is always tidy. Pool is clean and gym equipped. Rooftop bar is great for a sunset and beer. In room menu is great. It's in the embassies district so not a lot to see and do around there.

A nice hotel far from the center but quiet. Not far from the mushriff mall. A big swimming pool a little overpopulated but the schedules are at the top

Because my family members are coming n staying hear on 5th February from Helsinki, Finland. Its beautiful n comfortable luxury in my eyes.

I give this place a 4 star for 2 reasons, 1. The excellent service we recieved from staff especially the supervisor on duty. 2. The ambience is simply magnificent! The rooftop restaurant, Brick, is superb. Brilliant lighting and decor. Wood fired ovens deliver your food molten hot. The pool lounge resto, Glow is also a must see for anyone visiting this hotel. I'll definitely go back or recommend a stay to anyone.

Very bad condition, how can they identify as a five star hotel,there is blood inks and hairs without changing the bed sheet from last customer .

Went there on a Friday evening.
Ambience is good. However, music scene needs to improve. Service is slow, staff is confused and arrogant. Ensure you carry a hard copy of your photo id else there's no letting you in. I had to squabble for a bit despite showing them a scanned copy of my passport and visa on the phone.

Unique hotel with suspicious size of rooms with a lovely view. I Am going to book this hotel again for my next trip.

Good hotel. It has nice rooms and the service is great. There is only one pool which is very small especially if you are visiting during peak holiday season. Their check in process takes up a considerable amount of time. The breakfast was too good!

Very nice hotel. Super big rooms, which could be a bit cleaner. We had half board with delicious breakfast from 6:30 - 10:30 and dinner 18:00 - 22:30 clock. Big buffet with live cooking.

We really enjoyed our one-week vacation here. The hotel has charm, most of the staff is very helpful and helpful, the rooms and facilities are very clean, the room itself is not the newest (still not disturbed).

A big plus is the pool and rooftop bar. The food was at any time of the day more than fine. However, you have to be aware of the location of the hotel. Only the mosque can be reached very quickly from there. However, taxi rides in Abu Dhabi are very cheap, so you can get anywhere without any problems.
