Great staff, comfortable rooms with tricky AC. You can connect your device to the in-room TV via HDMI (though it's a little tricky). Iron in the room. Gym is big and we'll equipped. Room service menu a bit limited and pretty expensive, as are the restaurants.

The staff is rude and looking for Bakhshish, does not respect the Arabs and especially the Gulf .. Estimate and reverent foreigners reach the degree of slavery, especially reception staff .. Employee named Hatem and the sister of the Philippines, I respect for the nationality, but the name of the worst treatment in Abu Dhabi treated customers as sheep yesterday saw a landscape It is shameful when receiving the same staff
Very courteous staff, great facilities and beautiful hotel
I ve stayed at this hotel twice now and have not enjoyed the experience. An example... I checked in at 9:30am. My room wasn t ready so I left my luggage and went to my meeting. I was told my luggage would go to my room. By 1:30am the following day I still had not received my luggage and had to ask several times for it. Also the toilet keeps running when you flush it so I couldn t sleep from the noise. Sad face
Until the first day I had a problem with my room. Something broken in the bathroom. They fix it the day after. The staff was very nice except for the chef of my last night. We orderd pasta, and I discovered in my plate a piece of iron wire. When I asked why, for sure I was asking for an apologize, but instead he blamed me for his mistake. I like eat iron instead that pasta. Hope to not came again. Sorry for all the other guys of the staff that was so nice to me. For the chef... The food was so bad
This was my second time staying at Aloft Abu Dhabi, fantastic hotel. Staff are very helpful and cannot do enough to make your stay very comfortable. Lovely pool, immaculately clean hotel.
Great stay for a week. The location is half way between uptown and downtown so you are within 25 mins of major attractions. Ask for a room facing the river for great views.

A good hotel located next to the conference center, we add a good swimming pool, good rooms. But there are no bathtubs, we are an Arab Muslim country.
The facilities are neat and clean. I like the pool. The room was big. The food was nice. They provided hand sanitizers in every area e.g near the elevator which is very helpful. Keep it up!
Nice Hotel. Cosy bedroom, clean bathroom and friendly staff. Location is good, not so far from Sheikh Zayee Grand Mosque center. Dining is goodn overall I liked this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, well appointed bathroom and shower. Excellent aircon, easy to use but a bit too much fan induced draft which can make it a bit cold.
The staff are friendly and efficient. The pool and pool bar are good places to relax after a day of work.
