Very well-kept city hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good equipment.

The place is so developed with a very good plan. I wish other countries would follow the same. The world would be much better. Congrats to the leadership of Abu Dhabi.

There is no doubt that the person needs a quiet place to get a rest and relaxation, which makes hotels one of the best places that combine comfort, calm, tranquility, cleanliness and practicality ...
This is what I found in that hotel. It was very suitable for me and my family, but it did not have a bathtub, which is a lack of enjoyment of the place ... I was expecting that.
The atmosphere is very wonderful, especially calm
The prices are very very very appropriate
The room is clean
However, hotel indications are very few and need more
The baggage service to and from the rooms was not asked by the hotel receptionist
The parking service is free of charge, provided that the reception stamp is obtained on the entrance ticket
Hand it over to security and the security will open the exit gate
But overall I was very satisfied with the stay at that hotel

Area of hotel is far of traffic and quite area also the hotel is quite and good time to relax

One of the most beautiful hotels to live in Abu Dhabi .. Excellent location treated sophisticated and wonderful. The rooms are very nice, spacious and the most beautiful is the very quick checkout

Ok, good view from roof top bar but cold during the winter

Beside the annoying parkings and how you have to walk a distance before reaching the hotel! I find this hotel really good based on how cheap the rooms are with the full amenities! The single rooms are wide as well which you can rarely find in hotels with that price! (Approx. 280AED per night, without breakfast) and their breakfast is good.

Attaching it to the fairground and the presence of the fairground in the heart of Abu Dhabi Island made its place a special location

This is the worst hotel ever!!! We booked 1 night cause were living in the western region and we don t want to go back and fourth since we have some stuff to attend the next day. Annnddd!!! This is the 1st time that we ve encountered a hotel asking people to call the reception at 6:30am to reserve for a breakfast. Who would ve wake up THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING just to reserve your breakfast???? We ve checked in to Waldorf Astoria in Dubai just 3 weeks ago and we came to the dining area and asked for 2 additional breakfast and we never had a problem like this. We were expecting a good time since this is not my 1st time here and last time was a smooth one but Mary and her manager Michelle made this stay the worst ever. To the point where we just want to leave the property in an instant!! Beware of a pink paper BTW!!! They re saying this is a waiver when nobody even informed us what this is in the reception. AND A WAIVER IN A HOTEL!!!???? Did I just checked in to a hospitat??!! Worst. Period. And btw I m even a member of Marriott Bonvoy, I m not sure if it counts but it does in Hilton.

I write this review with a calm and polite tone -Awful customer service I have dealt with lesser rated hotels and had way better attentive staff, I spoke to the duty manger today12:10pm he kept side tracking issues not answering clearly, quoting policies and talked to me like I was a child. Even though I had called he kept trying to get me off the phone and kept saying check your booking, check the rules...

I went on their easy to use application that allows you to choose options for no good reason because they do not alter anything and you get sent a normal booking confirmation with no additions that ignore your requests they allow you to ask for?

I tried to amend it as it allows you to - nothing

I called and the phone rang out - poor service

I called again today and the duty manger was trying to make me feel like he was offering a special favour? If It s on your phone application allowing you to select it honour what you say is available

I will not be using this hotel chain again based on a couldn t care less attitude by the duty manager today... no solid help given, tried to make me feel grateful for something they offer on the app, spoke to me like a child and not a paying client.

Disgraceful behaviour from a well known hospitality group - they should google the meaning of hospitality!!!

Great hotel with an amazing pool area and a rooftop bar. Good selection of restaurants and big rooms.

Not friendly staff specially asian girls from reception ..they look very rude never smile

Hotel was good but was over crowded , there was literally no place in swimming pool, am assuming it was because of the Eid holidays but still they should regulate the crowd

A youthful and modern hotel inside the exhibition center, with a very nice pool with olive trees inside where they organize pool parties attended by many young people

Price and service is good. But the location far away from downtown. But the other point is perfect to stay there because the style is modernized and food is wonderful in the morning.

Nice hotel and very nice restaurant on level 5, bbq brunch is good. Roof top has some great views and good music.

I had a great stay. Excellent service too. The view & the pool was a highlight.

Honestly, I respect this place, especially because of its proximity to the exhibition grounds and reservation in the past for all guests who come from outside the UAE, and they have a distinctive swimming pool, but unfortunately during my stay for two nights of poor services provided the simplest things (at the level of toothbrushes shower gel gel hair creams And the body even sugar and coffee bars is enough only for a person, there is no water cans inside the room and other lack of respect of the service center for our simple requests which are shortcomings within the room and contact them many times for that and delay in the delivery of orders so that we contacted 5 times to ask about the status of food request that We asked Way and style of some of the staff with us back to the high sound technical error and have the phone lines ...)

Great hotel with character and a bit of quirk. It s a little far from the main part of the city, but close to the Great Mosque.

Staff were friendly and the food is really nice downstairs. Recommended!

The chick in queue is long, the staff are friendly but the process is suck.
I can't believe that it took them 2 hours to solve my issue which they created at the first place.
Nicha helped me eventually but she wasn't polite when she started taking other customers while I was waiting at her desk.
This my first and last time there.
By the way the lobby is so hot, they didn't even switch on the AC.
If you are thinking about having a nice stay in Abu Dhabi then this Hotel is the last hotel to think about.

My most favourite hotel with good rate and good service

I've stayed at this hotel before with great experiences however, this stay was disappointing. When I arrived the computer systems were down and it took an hour and a half to get into my room. Once in the room, the tv did not work and I could not get comfortable because I had to wait for a technician to come and when he couldn't fix it, I had to wait on another. At this time it was about 10:00 p.m. and I was tired and ready to get some rest. To add insult to energy, they assigned me to an adjoining room which would've been ok if I couldn't hear whomever was in the next room everytime they used the restroom! The room was immaculate and the bed comfortable but overall I was not satisfied with my stay this time

Entry time is very poor, neglecting guests to receive an inappropriate style of reception

Good budget hotel in the Capital Centre area. easy access to ADNEC. it's perfect for people who are traveling in business.
No bathtub, free wifi, clean room, breakfast was amazing, and the staff super helpful.

Buffet with sushi was all I needed after a very trying week. With your Marriot card you get 20% off. Great service

Nice hotel. Modern. Chic. Comfortable bedding, large swimming pool open until 11 p.m. (rare occurrence!), Full gym, decent restaurant, cool atmosphere. Clean. Friendly staff. Responsive and knowledgeable.

The bedrooms are large but a little too modern: space is lost with the "open" bathroom. Therefore, the rooms are not suitable for families or friends.

The tv is a bit slow. .. System specific to the hotel which makes the interface incredibly slow. Pity.

Small problem encountered with the laundry service (very expensive by the way!). A slightly damaged shirt and a problem with labels that cannot be removed.

Always love coming to Aloft. Beautiful neat rooms with a lovely bathroom and spacious shower. Their breakfast is delicious as well as their Sushi. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great and special for working conditions and attending conferences, as it is located almost within the boundaries of the Abu Dhabi Convention Center, in a privileged location in the Emirati capital, and in general the service is very good, and the restaurant is very special with dishes that vary daily to cover most regions of the world, and the service crew is friendly and helpful.
