Clean and nice hotel...service was good...nice cozy lobby area with live sports bar.

During my check-in I explained my booking was a non-smoking room. I was assigned to a novice still in training assistant who led me to a disability hotel room and told me all rooms were fully booked for the night unless I chose to stay in a smoking floor. I was in disbelief and shock by the fact he did not apologies after I confronted him. When I asked to speak to the manager he told me to wait while he attended the people behind me. It took me awhile to get hold of the other employee to apologize instead and get to my original booked hotel room. The stay after was unpleasant due to the audacity that novice had and his attitude towards the hotel's customers.

Nice room and food. Good place to rest. The price also fair.

Nice place to make pool party or swim during the days off

Rooms are mostly clean but could really do better, beds are quite hard and basic amenities such as mugs aren't included! Very clearly cut corners where possible, stunning building ruined by sub par cleanliness and quality. No locking bathroom door that could be viewed through, needs to be fixed! Great breakfast buffet however.

A wonderful hotel and there are concerts every last month beautiful and without reservation

The hotel needs two stars to be delayed in everything and the most important thing is to be reckless in the bags to the point where I went down myself and brought my bags.

Fantastic reception area and the rooms were pretty nice. WiFi was available everywhere and it was fast. The pool looked fantastic, I really loved the entire design and service however the staff seemed curt and unorganized.

4 star hotel but pretty good too big can see the view from the top of the hotel, the standard menu prices eat a lot of choices

Nice hotel with huge and comfortable rooms .. hotel is very close to many beautiful attractions in the city .. there is also a huge parking space for private cars and valet parking is also available

Very nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff and great location if you are attending an event at the convention center. The only down side is there aren't many options when it comes to food and good dining though you can order for food from some restruants by phone.

A bar in rooftop ... At the top ... In a twilight cleverly punctuated by points of light comfortable sofas ... A place appreciated by young and old customers ... Less young a perfect place to relax but also to seduce ...

Received very good service at reception. The stay is always enjoyable with so much things to do at the aloft.The buffet breakfast is fantastic. The Rooms are always Hygienic and spacious.

The hotel is excellent and the staff is under the sign for any request. But the disadvantage is the smell of food in the corridors because of the filth of the tenants and the delay in cleaning the corridors until tomorrow morning.

Very simple hotel not suitable for families when reception there is no privacy for bags and clothes and when entering and exit and the reason that there are billiard tables and bar and reception everything inside p

One of the most beautiful hotels in Abu Dhabi is reception, cleanliness and good treatment with cleaning workers thanks to the Abu Dhabi Government

Nice place for gathering and dinning out with family.

There are some old facilities, but the cost performance is excellent. Breakfast is not very delicious but the items are complete. As pool and gym are free and can be used freely, it is all right. We can enjoy shisha at cafe of the fifth floor.

A place to get the ease of mind and yet affordable price

Overall pretty good. Disappointed that Brick rooftop restaurant isn't open...its advertised all over the hotel, in the elevators, on the in room video advertisements....but not open. Just wasting that amazingocation and view!!!

A very good place to visit. The location is perfect. The staff is really very good. The food is tasty, i personally liked Indo-Pak food like Biryani. If you visit Abu Dhabi do visit Aloft Hotel.

Great food, very nice staff and clean rooms. It is a bit out of the way, so it is very quiet, but you can get to the other areas by bus or taxi :) With pool on the 5th floor incl. Pool ar, rooftop bar on the 12th floor and stay in the lobby with billiards and kicker

Excellent in most aspects. The only less than great are the evening meals, (rather dried out - maybe I should have been a bit earlier), and the toilet tissue, (ungenerous squares that didn't inspire confidence in their effectiveness).
