I went there for dinner with my family and it was wonderful. Food was tasty and staff was very helpful

Good place but no good food or service in fact hopeless service

Used the pool and restaurant. Food was nice and reasonably priced and pool area is nice but was very busy

It is very close to the exhibition area and has excellent accessibility.

Lovely pool n rooftop bar.. celebrated my duaghter's birthday at pool side
.. wonderful staff specially Asanka , Nillet and Evelyn.. made her birthday really special..

I have visited Aloft couple of years ago the experience was great.
On the 4th of october 2018 was my second visit and the over all experience was good but few things can make it better:
1- the corridors have a very bad smell
2- usb charger in the room doesnt work and I was in need of a charger and they ignored
3- toilet flush is not functioning well
4- the room had essential missing stuff which I needed and wouldnt be provided unless highlighted (dental kit, bathroom slippers etc...)

The hotel is suitable for those attending the exhibition
Its parking lot but a bit narrow
Corridors smell strange and annoying
The bathrooms are good, but they are western and need improvement
And maintenance of the water heater
The bed is too uncomfortable
The room is quite adequate size

Very nice and contemporary hotel right beside the ADNEC. Sizeable rooms and very nice bathroom. View is also beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. Easy parking and easy access. Quiet area. Overall a nice hotel with atmosphere and character. Zoom minimarket at walking distance. Recommended.

Very close to the Mosque and the airport, and good rates for a simple but clean and spacious room.

Worst staff and management ever I have seen in my life...

One of the awsome hotel I have visited. The hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. I like the way the staff kept apples in the room with a friendly note. It was an awesome experience. We had an awsome time at their Roof top Restaurant and Bar and staff were very impressive and with an awsome smile. Overall it was an awsome experience. Will be definitely visiting there soon.

Good place for business people who visit Adnic exhibition

Excellent hotel for Caesar's exhibition grounds for more than a day

Barely OK. Rooms need refurbishment. Sheets were dirty. The breakfast area felt like a canteen of a factory. Food is not great.

My 4 months of stay in Aloft Hotel, Al Rawdha Abu Dhabi is a great experience, this hotel is a walking distance to my work place in ADNEC. Impressive equipment, comfortable rooms and tasty foods. On top they have the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful I want to raise this as a credit to the Dine Restaurant staff Michelle, Ana, Zaira, Shirley, Katarina, Kareen, Chidi, Vinoth, the chefs and all that are not mentioned. Receptionist staff are friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping staff Ramesh is a hardworking guy who always make my room tidy. Customer service desk team always provide a quick action to every requests and concerns. Thanks everyone for the best hospitality service.

Good location, the room has nice design, I think the hotel is more for young people, it also has an amazing outdoor pool, service is also good, sometimes slow, u need to request few times if u need anything, but in general it is a comfortable hotel with good facilities around

I took a bad impression about this particular hotel .. My reservation was for 3 days including breakfast .. Then they took the amount of breakfast in cash for three days .. The amount of approximately 600 dirhams I asked if the reservation including breakfast was the answer .. No .. Then surprised when the receptionist tells me Breakfast with booking is a bad experience and I will not re-book at this particular hotel.

We were given a room with a very strong smell of urine, after a call to the reception, we were sent an employee to "solve the problem" and he came with a flavoring, which certainly did not suit us. We again addressed the reception with a request to change the number, after which we had to wait ~ 40 minutes, after which my husband went down to the reception desk and we immediately moved to a new room.
We were satisfied with the solution of the check out at 16 hours due to the inconvenience provided, but the long wait and the flavor story aroused very unpleasant sensations, being the elite members of the Mariot we expected better service.

The service was so good and satisfying! Ms Nette from the reception is overwhelming and gave us the best service anyone could have! Keep up the goodwork!

I loved this place. Good drinks and nice spot to watch sunset. Normal prices.

You need to book in advance otherwise it s not easy to find a place

Room that was booked and paid for wasn t available, so they tried to place me in a smoking room or a smaller room.

Only one working outlet in the room. Apparently the USB outlets have not been working for some time. Staff don t seem to think that s a problem.

Hallway on the way to room has a weird smell.

Color scheme is nice, but that s all I can say that s going for this place.

You 4 hotel rating shouldn't exist. Frank and honest to say that the room locations are a down under rating. No good view (all you can see is parking at rooftop), no complimentary water enough for 3 including slippers, bar soaps, no shaving and toiletries set. Unbelievable! Take note, we booked as a group of more than 30 pax for a team building activity, however, whenever we try to enjoy whatever facility they have which is they don't barely have any, security comes over advising us to hush?!?! Seriously?? Don't accept any customers especially for team buildings if you expect them to just stay quiet and don't enjoy at all. Please do clean your pool more often too as something is lurking underneath. Geezz.. bad hotel, bad service as well.

Its ok, good for the price, and if you are doing something in the area then useful. taxi ride away from the city centre and from the Grand Mosque though. If coming to Abu Dhabi as a tourist perhaps stay in a different location.

Good hotel. The pool area is pleasant, there is a shadow. The view from the 12th floor is pretty. In the bar with the child was not allowed - only after 21 years. Breakfast is delicious. The main contingent is business trips. Cleaning is stable - tell the staff what you need.

Aloft is probably my preferred hotel chain, and aloft Abu Dhabi is not an exception.

Didn't like it very dark room , small , fridge is not working , room serving meal was bad not tasty and cold .

Great for businness and leisure! Spacious rooms with good views! Very good choices at breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool and terrace for a quick sunbath, and their pool and baby foot tables await at the lobby

It was so bad one night,bad smell, shwar was broken,they cancel buffet to a la carte without informing me , I was staining in hotel with full board.

Stayed at this hotel for a week. It's very close to Airport and not many restaurants around to walkby as it's pretty outskirts.

Their choice of breakfast is just fabulous and spacious King size rooms and good house keeping.
I enjoyed my stay here and later had to move inside the city to commute to client place faster.

Worse hotel in Abu Dhabi that we stayed on. Receptionist were so bad that you would like to cancel your reservation to them. Hotel manager is so rude and she will make you feel that you are in their own house talking to a delivery guys who brings your order late. She told me that i should call them before 6am to book for an extra breakfast. Who would wake up that early just to book for a breakfast. It was like, the cook will prepare your personal breakfast. Instead of relaxing on a weekend, you will find your self irritated. I'll never check in again in Aloft Hotel beside Adnec.

So many good and nice hotels in downtown Abu Dhabi, better book somewhere else. Avoid this hotel. Or you will be sorry.

Nice Hotel .the rooms are clean .nice pool and shisha.
The 12 relax has also gd food and gd music.The staff is kind too.Clean rooms.

Excellent!!! A very good hotel with great facilities, spacious and clean rooms, very good food, very friendly staff. We will definitely come back.
