It was ok, nothing to write home about. No complaints and no real praise

I like this hotel maybe because i have a good memories there but one of the best the resturent on the top of the hotel its fantastic

Nice place, cozy and a place to hang out with your friends.

I love this hotel! We stayed here as a group with Special Olympics just a week ago. Rooms are large and it was great to receive a fruit platter from the management and staff on my first nite. Take advantage of their restaurant..amazing food..buffet style. There is a 24hr store acriss the street. Completely safe at nite. My room had a great window view of the Grand Mosque...another must see attraction. Pleaae remember to be respectful and considerate when dressing to go. They will provide an abaya for women.

Very clean and comfortable, but the positions are far and the elevators do not reach the rooms. You must arrive at the reception before you reach the room elevators because they are on the other side and that takes time

Best non beach budget hotel , the kids had a great time and so we did , check the great rooms and the rooftop restaurant , kids have a game room and the pool was huge !

DJ Saif was amazing! Lighting and ambience set the tone for the pool party. However this pool party was predominantly male to my dismay. Should become more attractive for female...perhaps a ladies night or happy hour?

The hotel was easy to locate. One of the things that we really liked was that the hotel was very tech savy. They had chargers near the snooker tables. Rooms had outlets that were very accessible etc.

The room wasn't as spacious as the photographs but no complains from our end since we were visiting mainly to relax by the pool (we had King non smoking). Infinity pool, located on the 5th floor, has food and drinks and their passion fruit mojito was really refreshing, not a big fan of their buffalo wings though. Food was comparatively expensive. It was not very big but was intelligently designed to be quaint and relaxing. They are open until 11pm so that was great.

Valet parking available. Toiletries can be provided on request. Friendly staff. Clean and accessible gym and pool.

A very very clean place and the cleaners there work tidy and meticulously, the reception is great, but I had some problems with the fridge, and I was hoping to put a water sprinkler to the toilet and also put a swimming pool to the bathroom.

I keep going back to Aloft. Unbeatable in cost, bed comfort, clean linen, big bathrooms, rooftop bar and lovely pool See you again soon Aloft!

A commercial hotel suitable for taking hours of sleep
The cooking smells are annoying, the insulation is very bad, and it needs two elevators
And severe congestion for parking

Check in time is not accurate even if informed. 45 mts delayed by reception staff.and so many hidden charges and those told as free service like dance bars they told it's having entry fee

A very decent and nice hotel. Its internal design, location and services and great. Also, the food at the DINE Restaurant is a good eating experience.

Lovely Business Hotel to spend you working week in . Clean rooms and friendly staff . Spacious as well . Sometimes gets a bit noisy and the entrance/ layout of the lobby is a bit congested but otherwise ok . Great breakfast if you will sample the same and well worth the money . Highly recommended

This hotel is good for you who will attend exhibition in adipec and who will use al bateen executive airport. The hotel design is a plus, but not the location. Near to Costa Coffee and Starbuck. Long time for check in.

Good hotel but I didn t feel it s a 4 start hotel
1- bathrooms lack instant hot water few times I had to open the water and wait for more than 5 mins to get worm water
2- room service is provided by one of the facilities and they charge 4 AED to get the overpriced food and beverages to the room
3- they don t ask you to pay a deposit but if you order anything they ask you to pay in cash or card, make my life easy and get a deposit at check in

Rooms are comfortable but the aesthetic is quite dark. One can get easily lost in the hallways and the lifts going in and around is quite confusing as the lifts are tuck away in a corner and from outside you have to go down to reach main reception. The staff are accommodating though.

Very nice location. Rooms are clean & spacious. Fantastic pool view from splash rooms. Staff's are so friendly. Good room service.

Next to the exhibition hall, there are two big and one small Carrefours around, there is still a distance from the city, but the price is good, the quality of Starwood is assured, very clean, the big mosque can be seen outside the window.

Best best best.. Everything about this hotel is absolutely perfect, hidden somewhere in the main adnec building.. The valet team is extremely helpful and courteous. The check in was smooth and painless thanks to Munir. The rooms r very well designed and colorful, the amenities are top class. The only slight issue is their bathroom design which is a bit impractical since the washbasin is right in from of the cupboard and the main bathroom door is a sliding one without a lock. The pool and gym staff is very professional and accommodating. The pool is very big and well maintained. Their breakfast is amazing with a generous variety of dishes, pair that with awesome service and it beats everything. I was in awe seeing their servers smile during the eid weekend buffet rush. Mr. Vinoth, Ms. Manisha special thanks to you. The hotel has 2 free billiard tables, a foosball table and plenty plenty more. This is a happening place.. Anyone who visits.. Will love it!

Really very friendly and attentive staff, that gave us some nice insider tips. Clean and well-kept rooms. Great view. Even the smallest complaint was received (for example, we got a new room, when the room neighbors were too loud). Already one day after arrival we were approached by almost the entire staff by name and the service in the restaurant was very quickly noticed what we (always) to drink Ordered, so at the end of our visit the drinks were already in our place, if we were still busy at the very delicious and varied buffet. I can not comment on the rooftop bar as it seems to be closed during the hot summer months. Overall, a very nice hotel, which I would recommend without hesitation.

From the worst and harshest hotels I have visited .... the bedsheets were dirty ... the bathroom has no waterproof hues ... and when contacted their complaint came after 2 hours

The restaurant was amazing they have street food them on Wednesdays dinner and Thursdays lunches and all the working there are friendly and they have quite atmosphere
