Almerys is the subcontractor of several mutuals such as Vivre for example for the management of third party payment.
This establishment, almerys, employs villainous methods and uses all means to cancel third-party payment agreement, particularly among opticians and certainly for health professionals (doctor, pharmacists and so on).
Personally knowing that my mutual works with eu I terminate my contract immediately to avoid future litigation problems.

This company is a real knot bag, impossible to have a correct service, they refuse unwanted support, giving different reasons in writing and by phone, impossible to have the end of the story, we talk to poorly trained or untrained people, and when we call the mutuals to unblock the situation, they refuse to answer us and refer us to Almerys ...

Surcharged number with a lot of waiting ....

I give up and leave this mutual at the end of the year. I have been fighting for 5 years to set up the remote transmission of my reimbursements and still nothing. To this day, I still have to make the request for any refund.

1st call: qqun picks up after 10 min and answers me immediately even before I have had time to speak "we do not hear you, thank you to call back" and hangs up on me. I called with my phone pro and have never had the slightest problem in 3 years ....
2nd call: 15 minutes wait. I hang up in the nose.
I am on the 3rd call and I have been waiting for 17 minutes ....
(Edict): same excuse. We have problems on our lines, we do not hear you. Why wait for people in this case!

I can make this request by mail or on their site. However, the Council of the Order of Dental Surgeons is very clear: "Strict respect for professional secrecy leads to the prohibition for any dental surgeon to address directly to the 'complementary body, any document or document containing medical information. " The legal solution is, as I do with other mutuals, to give the request to the patient who sends it to Almerys under his responsibility and therefore with his consent. But Almerys refuses to answer patients. Almerys therefore asks the dentists who would like to pay the third party payment to put themselves in illegality.
