Commits tax fraud against employees and refuses to pay contractor invoices. I was taken advantage of for over a year then discarded.

My sump pump runs non-stop during and days after a storm. I did extensive research and found many people very happy with the wayne primary and back up sump pump system (WSS30V pump and WSB1275 battery) I'm over a year and half into using my system and it works flawlessly. The customer service (Bob) was also very helpful when I had questions.

WAYNE PUMPS SUCK! (known as Wayne Water Systems according to their website)

My Parents purchased 3 total Wayne RPP50 pumps as on hand replacements for the septic system at a vacation home. Units were purchased June 22nd 2016, and had to install one of them in May 2017. as its a vacation home didnt find out it had failed until next visit about a month later. Used another one as spare (hope it hasnt also died).

I contacted the company about it on June 5th 2017, that's 2 weeks past its year warranty from purchase date, but in reality it had only been in service a month (or approximately as not sure when it died after install could have been that evening after i replaced it as we had left)!

Company said NOPE , not even interested in getting it back to verify or inspect, (if they did they would find it barely used, Actually when i pulled it to replace it found the impeller had come off, yes i tried to repair and it still blew breaker, and i told them all of this too)! DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, AND CLEARLY DONT CARE!

I payed more for one of there pump's so I could get the life time warranty. When it went to hell they would not replace it.

Purchased 2 Wayne pumps. got one for back up. One stopped working and the Brand New pump in the box, opened today and it will not work. We got pump as a back up and it still has manufacture warranty. we called Nate at Wayne pumps who was very rude and refused to help us. Demanded that we have a receipt even though it has manufacture warranty on the pump. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I called the 800 # looking for a part (flapper valve) for my B/U pump system and after a very long wait I spoke to Doug Easemen. He was very apologetic for the long wait and took the info. He then sent me the part a few days later (very much to my surprise). It's great to have someone actually go out of their way to help you. Thank you Doug.
