I had ordered tshirts and hoodies from this company 2 times for my team. Both these times the experience was so disappointing it took 20 working days to deliver the first shipment. They NEVER deliver the package on time. The second time was even worse they told the shipment was on the way to the Coimbatore hub and after hours when I went there and checked the package hasn't reached.
Please don't buy from this site, such a bad service :/

I have made an order (and paid for it) over two months ago, and till date I have not received my product. The company does not even want to acknowledge the receipt of funds! I have send bank statements, payment confirmations, etc. They are absolute rogues and do not care for their customers, all they want to do is take your money and not do anything about it.

I searched online to customize t-shirts, got Almamater as the top recommendation. I placed an order for celebrating 1st company anniversary. But, time was short and the order was big. The best part, T-shirts were delivered on time and the customer service was amazing. Thank you for on time delivery in such a short time with very fine quality t-shirts.
Worst of worst
Firstly I placed order of three unique designs and it took them over 3 months to deliver the product. Everytime I tried tracking the order they give fake details n irrelevant stories. I literally wasted an big amount worth a hoodie for calling and tracking the order.
After all this they apologized two week ago about it and promised to deliver a hoodie soon.. it's been over two weeks and nothing yet. They just don't seem to improve and fulfill as promised.
Not trustworthy at all. They just make u more frustrated and disappointed.
I wouldn't recommend this to anybody ever though i order more customised clothing for the firm.

Absolutely unprofessional. They don't ship their orders on time, paid for the Air Shipping option which said will be delivered in 7-10 days however they didn't even manage the Road Shipping option which is 10-12 days, and mind you my order is for over 40 t-shirts. After 15 days of placing the order and missing several deadlines, got a call from the CEO Varun Agarwal who promised me a full refund and the t-shirts if Alma Mater missed the next and final deadline given by him. And guess what, they did, I finally got my order delivered after more than a month of placing it. Forget the refund the company didn't even bother to give me back the extra charge they took for the air shipping (7-10 days). But I know I am dealing with a bunch of crooks so I don't want to waste my time and energy requesting for my refund. Please spare yourself some sanity and don't order from the company and certainly don't pay extra for shipping because its not worth it. And don't bother calling the helpline, hopeless!

Pros :
I went to their design tool and designed my own combination of drawings among numerous options and colours available inside the tool. It was very easy to operate the design tool.
When I received the product, it was absolutely as per my liking and my family liked it too. The colours were vibrant and I have washed the T Shirt atleast 10 times. The colours of both t shirt as well as design are still intact.
Good Job !! I have indeed suggested some more of my friends who were new to this concept and now plan to buy customized T Shirts through Alma Mater.
Suggestion to improve : Improve on your delivery services. You can improve your mass market services along with your already successful B2B college platform.
All 5 star reviews are fake and looks like Alma Mater got them written here! Worst company, fake people! Never buy from them. Its been 1 month, and I am still waiting for delivery. Moreover my order is not shipped yet!

I bought custom t-shirts for my hotel staff when they delivered us I checked the Fabric quality which is really fantastic and printing is cool at a reasonable rate. Good quality t-shirts with possibly the best printing you can get at very affordable prices. Using cloths from the last 2 years from Almamater and still my experience is good as of now.
Wrong product delivery. No proper customer care response. Ordered for S and was delivered XL and when asked for replacement no one responds properly. After 45 days i still didnt get the tee and their courier partner has delivered to some some other address and not to my home.

Hoodie quality is sub par, with consistent piling. Have ordered from them 3 times, and only seen good quality service when I call them 4-5 times a day, everyday. The second time I decided to let them operate via their schedule and ordering took more than 1 month, when they said would take much less time. The 3rd time I gave them 2 weeks for 2 hoodies. First they say that the order was only processed 5 days after I made the payment and confirmed, then they say that their machine broke down (2 days before expected delivery). Takes way too long to talk to someone responsible and extremely disappointing service, would NOT recommend.
I had a very pleasant experience while dealing with Alma mater. They are very quick to respond to each query and they would clear all your doubts regarding our order. The team was professional and diligent during my course of interaction with them. I will definitely come back for the second round of orders.

Worst experience. Please do not order Tshirts if you do not stay in Bangalore. I used the Play Tool and was told that the order would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days.
Today is the fourth week since I ordered the Tshirts, but I still haven't received them.
Very poor service quality. They simply don't know handling logistics.
At first, I was told that there was a delay since they were remaking the pieces I had ordered.
After that, they clamied to send it through 'FirstFlight', following which there was no update on any Tra king Number. After being frustrated for one week and upon calling them repeatedly, I was told yesterday that it is being sent through DTDC.
And guess what? The DTDC Tracking Number provided to me does not exist. It shows 'Invalid Tracking Number' every time I try to track it.
Absolutely low levels of customer satisfaction.

I had ordered a sweatshirt (hoodie) recently, provided customized design and the delivery was quick. I am totally disappointed with the quality of print. Edges of the characters, and fonts (forgot the font I chose, but it did not appear uneven for sure) are uneven. Quality of the fabric they used is of poor quality as well. Not at all worth the price I paid.
Contacted them sending email, but no response. I will neither order anything from Alma Mater, nor will recommend to friends.

This was my employer back in 2014. They basically make customizable merchandise for college and offices, on order. Founded by two exclassmates in 2011. Decent pay, office is located in a quiet residential area, small workforce. The only complaint is that the office has no proper maintenance (both interior and exterior). And no one (office management) seems to care.
Customise your own hoodies in your dreams and they will make your dream come true. Absolutely amazing and worth to go for Almamater. Very much professional in their work. Everything was on time. The quality of hoodies is great and at a reasonable price. Really looking forward to more such customized t-shirts.

HORRIBLE service ever!.If you are about to order one or two hoodies from here ABORT MISSION I repeat ABORT MISSION and I tell you why .I IGNORED a review and ENDED up in a MESS.I never give negative reviews and I am giving this message to prevent fellow beings from a loss and headache .Like many of you I got impressed By VARUN AGGARWAL 's fb page ,quotes and talk ordered a hoodie in alma mater..They delayed it for a month for quality issues for which I was patient and then they sent me a mail telling it was delivered .I kept telling them I did NOT RECIEVE anything for which they turned a deaf ear and kept telling it's delivered after which I had to make literally HUNDRED CALLS TO N NUMBER OF PEOPLE. After TWO MONTHSof Daily calls , their fake promises and assurances ..they made me call back and forth with so much of mails after which they accepted THEY LOST THE SHIPMENT.and then after 3 months of STRUGGLE they delivered me a hoodie which is of NO USE as the person I wished to gift left to U.S..

I had to get a T-shirt done for a friend and I wanted the same on an urgent basis, the team made it possible. Although they take a week to process a product, but with my request they did it in a day. And, the kind of customer support I got from Alma Matter is truly amazing. I made several calls to the customer support and they always responded positively and politely to all my calls. They even changed the design a bit even though the print was done, who those that ? Amazing stuff.
