Worst experience. Please do not order Tshirts if you do not stay in Bangalore. I used the Play Tool and was told that the order would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days.
Today is the fourth week since I ordered the Tshirts, but I still haven't received them.

Very poor service quality. They simply don't know handling logistics.

At first, I was told that there was a delay since they were remaking the pieces I had ordered.

After that, they clamied to send it through 'FirstFlight', following which there was no update on any Tra king Number. After being frustrated for one week and upon calling them repeatedly, I was told yesterday that it is being sent through DTDC.

And guess what? The DTDC Tracking Number provided to me does not exist. It shows 'Invalid Tracking Number' every time I try to track it.

Absolutely low levels of customer satisfaction.
