Hoodie quality is sub par, with consistent piling. Have ordered from them 3 times, and only seen good quality service when I call them 4-5 times a day, everyday. The second time I decided to let them operate via their schedule and ordering took more than 1 month, when they said would take much less time. The 3rd time I gave them 2 weeks for 2 hoodies. First they say that the order was only processed 5 days after I made the payment and confirmed, then they say that their machine broke down (2 days before expected delivery). Takes way too long to talk to someone responsible and extremely disappointing service, would NOT recommend.
