Used this company for our appraisal on our refinance. Long story short they made our refi a nightmare that did not have to be. Would recommend looking elsewhere for sure.

They are the worst.. No respect of time or closing dates when doing appraisal if they really appraise... Their reports wont never get in time... Not professional at all where they go appraise without informing any entity (Construction Company or Closing Bank)...
Never respond to calls... The worst!! Avoid dealing with them!! They will cost you time and money!!

Karen Mora was assigned a difficult appraisal. She was completely professional throughout the whole process. Her work is absolutely the best in the buiesness.

He did a good job. After a very bad experience from a previous company. He came and he listened and understood the project. before he put his report.

They are very rude and unprofessional towards their appraisers, especially female. When the appraisers simply call them out on it, they fire them. They also try to not pay their appraisers moneys owed for assignments. Any lender that uses them for appraisals does not care very much about their reputation.

They do unethical, inaccurate appraisals bc they are in a divorce lawyers pocket. Jason Morris is incompetent and should have his license revoked, way over evaluating to pad pockets. And he didnt check the hvac unit, or do any prework before coming.. but hey, plenty of people need shady appraisers, right? Bbb where you at?

Inaccurate and lazy appraisals, you would be better off saving the money and taking the PVA value. 5 minutes of looking at the property, and the only improvements they identify are the cosmetic ones. This company does not do any research into the area and should not be used.

Thomas M. Lynch with Allstate Appraisal appraised the house I am currently purchasing and he did an extremely poor job. The thing that was the most messed up was he said that there was a missing door in the kitchen which was the lazy susan door he took a picture of it and you can see the back of the door in the picture he clearly did not know what a lazy susan was because it turns, YOU TURN IT TO THE DOOR! baffled by his incompetence.
