the nurse who went to my home moved my daughters picc line while trying to do a dressing change we r now admitted into the hospital the hospital staffed documented what a horrible job she did she left the old bio patch and stuck a new patch on it didnt even finish changung it ....
Worst company ever. They are out to report every little thing about you for CPS to take away your kids.They are the worst company ever to deal with. Im in the process of suing them for falsifying a report and slander. They will remember me after they become broke when I shut them down and sue for the highest amount of money. The news is also getting involved.
They do not care about their staff nor their patients. Worst home health I have worked with ever! They know nothing about their patients because they never visit the homes. They hold your check. They are rude in the office especially after you quit.
The office staff is friendly and most of the families and other nurses are pleasant to work with, with the exception of a couple that looks like they commented on here. Shannon is really helpful and they will work with you if something comes up if you call and let them know. They have a loan program through their paycheck company that saved me and they are a great side job if you are looking for some extra shifts.
Has to be of the worst home health care company ever. The staff including the owner have absolutely no consideration to the family's they are suppose to be helping and serving. Many of the family's which are there clients are already having to go through enough pain and stress having a loved one needing help. Which they could careless helping the people. All they want is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. And on top of the disrespectful way they talk down to a you but they refuse to provide you any documentation of carbon copies which provides the parent details of there childs daily vitals, daily tasks. I've been told I can receive them monthly at the end by calling and requesting them, which only 1 time they provided them. And now they won't even do that. As the Owner told me today only emails as they are trying to save money and cut costs since they are and a medi-cal only based company. Well lady, my advice to you is maybe you should consider accepting more types of insurance or maybe even a whole career change with a different type of business. By the way the company doesn't even come monthly for certification. They let 3 months go by until finally i called questioning why they haven't come then they acted surprised. Unbelievable. And the staff is always rude over the phone.
Very unprofessional, un organized, never have any staff available to work. Always owed hours, son missing a lot of school because of them, D.O.N. not awear of the acuity level of his total care. Medication sheets never seem to be updated. Over all they don't seem to care in how bad they run the place, quite frankly don't know how or why they are still in business. 1 start is actually 1 to many for them as a business. Always rude over the phone all except for Chona, they have this bully mentality of dealing with their families, we are not there by choice, and they are suppose to be here to help ease some stress instead they add more stress to our already very stressful lifestyle.
They are a bad company. Nurses always making up stuff and lies and telling cps about them to cause nothing but issues. Also a nurse stole 10 dollars out of my wallet. They are more stressful and a hassle than working for you and helping you. We dealt with them in our home for a few months
They don't care about patients ,the worst of the worst completely irresponsible and unreliable definitely do not recommend they where more of a hassle than they where help

I love this home health agency. Their foundation is strong and stable. I absolutely love that it is a family operated business because who knows more about helping a family who s in need than a family. The owner and her family always treat everyone with the upmost respect even when others disrespect them. Never have I seen or heard them be unprofessional or disrespectful in anyway. Allied pledges to operate with the highest individualized quality care not only to the patients but also to their nurses they hire.
Nurses working hours are based on how much they want to work. Allied strives to make it as simple as that. Nurses are fortunate to be able to make their work schedules fit around their life schedule. Self paced and regulated per nurse. Allied works hard each and everyday to ensure every one of their patients has a nurse or at least communicates when there is a matter/confection with schedules.
Communication is key. Anytime there has been an issue or concern Allied has always tried to correct the problem. Its hard sometimes to fix an error or problem when Allied has no knowledge one existed until it s to late. You can t always fault the agency.
I absolutely love Allied Professional Nursing Care & everything they stand for. It s an honor and pleasure to work there.
