No one take care of the customer very very poor service never buy any product

The company sold faulty geyser and refused to take it back. However They repaired twice with in a month, but it never served my purpose. Thereafter the company never shown interest resolving the complaint despite own conditional return offer.

Very very poor customer care service there are no one who respond you if you will get any response then they will give you excuses only excuses daily and till end you will have nothing... For that you will have to fight and go to consumer court or forgot you money like a fool ...

Inalsa products are good. We have 4 of them.Their customercare service is rude. Perhaps, Inalsa finds them indispensable. As for their Authorised Service Centre you can keep on waiting. Got both my Inalsa geysers repaired in December through another service-provider. Working fine. Still waiting for a service mechanic from Inalsa to repair our food-processor. I have other choices though.But lets wait and watch since my service complaint has been registered with their Customercare.

The product is good but the customer service is poor or I can say is pathetic. They make you suffer up to that extreme that you will start repenting upon your decision to buy inalsa...

Inalsa Home Appliances is a subsidiary of Tuareg Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Products are very good by functional in reasonable price and the service part is also nicely taken care by them.

I bought a shaver cum trimmer in spar market today evening. I checked it there at shop and brought back to home. When I plugged it for charging I opened the trimmer portion and found few hairs inside it. Someone have used it. Don't know whether spar market employees have misused it or anyone!!!! But am totally dissatisfied after seeing this
