I did not have a good experience with dr. Biggs. He insisted on doing a mammogram for me instead of the ultrasound I was requesting, and gave me a hard time about it. When he finally agreed to do the ultrasound, he did it quickly and begrudgingly. While the mammogram Tech was really sweet, my breast was hurt and still hurts even though the test was done over a month ago. I'm symptomatic now where I wasn't before. I went to Henrico Doctors Hospital further clarification of their diagnostic results, and Henrico Doctors completely negated all up dr. Biggs findings. I Will Not Waste My time or money going to Allison again. I've called them back since the mammogram to let them know that my breast hurt and that I wanted my co-pay refunded and they have not been very nice. I warned them not to make any other women go through the same unecessary ordeal, but they really did not seem interested in hearing what I had to say. I do not recommend this place!
