A very good place to work and to be able to improve and move on

Lack of improvement in the care and needs of workers

I am an AMERICAN CITIZEN and they wanted me to take some 3 hour test to see if I speek English are you kidding me I grew up in the United States. And went to school there I did not come to Guatemala until I was 30 and I am 52 now. So because of that reason I decided that they do not want PURE AMERICA ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE WHO KNOWS THE SLANG ALSO AND THAT'S WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. SO IF YOU DON'T WANT ME THAN IT'S YOUR LOSS.

Call center in English, if you are looking for a job in call center it is one of the best options there is a good working environment, they ask you for a minimum of 50% of English level

A company in which I would love to belong for the teamwork they have

It is a very impeccable Call Center with respect to the facilities, the staff is trained and the employees are very responsible and motivating to fulfill your dreams and provide you with a purposeful job.

I went to a test. But I had to wait too long. When x end I passed. I was tired x the wait. I do not understand what the criteria are. Some passed almost instantaneously after they arrived. Who knows. Maybe next time

Good place to work but it is hard to get there all the time there is traffic and just with the metro it is ok

I do not like the attention of the recruiting staff !!! They have no ethics to attend and it is very slow the process to apply to English places

I tried to apply to the academy but a woman with only 30 seconds of call in Spanish put in the database that I needed to continue studying and then they were demanding 50% when a publication asked for 40% the truth I have very bad experience and just because It does not allow me to upload photos but I would upload the screemshot to support what I say.

I've been working for quite a while here, it's been nice so far, of course every place has its flaws but at least they try to make up for it.

I bless that company because it employs many young people who want to improve themselves. I know guys who work there and are also pursuing a university degree. And your expenses are practically covered. Thanks Allied Global.
