They require a drug screen to apply, which is completely fine and acceptable. However, the drug screen is done at a clinic where the supervising professional is a man (didn't ask for credentials). He MUST watch you urinate into the sample cup. There is a small screen that allegedly covers you so the man doesnt actually see the bottom half of you but the door to the bathroom is kept open. If you are a woman, there is NO option to have a woman healthcare professional do this. I asked the woman staffing the front desk if she could do it instead of him. She was very rude and said no, that I had agreed to these conditions when I decided to apply.
Allied Global did reach out and inquire why I didnt complete the application process, so they have that going for them and the recruitment representarive I spoke with sounded genuinely concerned at what I described happened at the clinic. Hopefully, they will find a different clinic to conduct these exams.
