I moved out of an apartment in Sherman Hill, left the place spotless, better than when I moved in actually, and they kept $100 of my security deposit because they shampooed the carpet. The carpet already looked great. It also took a long time for them to get me my deposit back at all.

Alliance Realty is difficult to get in touch with. Most of the time when I called the number that's listed I got a message taking service, basically a human voicemail.

My property manager was shady. He played nice sometimes but didn't shy away from a threat or a rewriting of history when it was to his advantage. When I was trying to move out and show my place to other tenants, he pushed people away before they even applied, costing me a whole extra month in rent.

I strongly suggest you hesitate before moving into a place owned by Alliance.

Absolutely terrible company. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Lived in brookside apartments for 3 years. Washers and dryers constantly broken. Maintenance issues ignored. Days before snow would get removed. Landlord is extremely rude, and disrespectful. Don't rent from this company or any of its properties!

I lived in a duplex under this company for nine years. It was originally a different reality company when I moved in and Alliance took over a couple years after. I would never recommend this company. I had numerous mantinence issues that never were taken care of. The girls in the office are rude and not helpful. The main person in charge constantly changed. You never knew who too ask for. One guy took over and kept raising the rent. I lived there six years and rent never changed. This guy raised it three years in a row. I finally had too leave. I couldn't afford it anymore. After nine years, I loved my place. I didn't want too move. Rent was always on time, never a problem. I felt forced out. I would probably still be living there if they weren't so greedy. I will never live in a property from this company again.
