I'm very disappointed with this company, frustrated and very angry. I switched from Dade Paper to them with the promise of better prices, but they forgot to tell me that they have limited inventory. More than once I have order napkins for the tables, grill cleaner, To Go containers and the answer from them....SORRY WE ARE OUT....maybe next week....how I am supposed to run a restaurant with no napkins on the table, because my supplier is out of stock for a week or two???? I have talked several times with my sales representative and I understand is not his fault, but if they are a paper supply company, they should have more supply. More than once I have to order from someone else because they are out of stock. They are a paper supply company, we are in the USA, is their business to supply other business with paper needs. HOW CAN THEY RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT PRODUCT TO SELL??? HOW THEY SPECT TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY IF THEY CAN'T SUPPLY THEM WITH BASIC NEEDS??? Very bad lumper service 6 hours to process my comdata checks

He even goes the extra mile to outsource what we need if they don t have in stock can t ask for better service. Jose comes in person each week to make sure everything is running smoothly I highly recommend All Florida Paper.

As a LTL driver for aaa copper for 25 years this is one of the best receiving warehouses I ve been to. It s run by J Bell who is a no fuss straight up type of guy. Great job by All Florida paper a great company in the community for many years.

It is extremely unfortunate for a company to apparently try to keep good customer service standards, however, they fail to screen professional drivers. Today, I was in the left lane of the exit of Coral Way and Palmetto going east, the light changed and traffic started moving. The driver from truck #108 Licence plate 449 9CD has the audacity to move from the center lane to the left to invade my late without regard that I did not have room to let him in. He did not care for the traffic to move and slowly change lanes. Although unexpected, I was alert enough to stop my car to prevent an accident. It would have cost ALL FLORIDA PAPER a lot of money as this for sure was going to ruin the whole right side of my car and I was carrying minors with me.

I make deliveries to this company several times a week, and never had a problem. James the receiver works hard to get everyone out in a timely manner, it's impossible to satisfy everyone.

I have been proudly been purchasing from All Florida Paper for 4 or 5 years now and it s always been a pleasure. I purchase the can liners from them and they have different sizes and thickness options to choose from. I also run a restaurant on the side and I purchase the foam containers from them which are great and the quality is reasonable. I like that they have other brands to choose from if I ever need to. The utensil plastic kits come in many variety. my sales representative is informative and always nice to talk to but sometimes hard to get a hold of. the customer service agents are very friendly with a kind welcoming attitude always. The owners are involved in the company which is an extra bonus. Thank you all Florida paper and Robert in the front desk he is always very helpful even with getting me my samples
