If I could give a zero, I would. I am on the phone with one of the WORST customer service reps I have ever had the displeasure to speak to. Not only did they cancel the date we set up but they left a message rescheduling it for four days after I have to turn in my leased car! This woman is giving me a hard time and not listening to me. Currently on hold for her supervisor but I'm sure she's not going to connect me. And guess what, I have to get back to work. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. My first call to schedule involved several calls back and forth to set an inspection date. I would have to wait a month!
