Brian Bardhi was extremely courteous, kind & proficient. He even called ahead to give me an ETA & was patient enough to wait for me, as I was running a bit late for our appointment. His inspection of my leased vehicle was totally hassle-free and he completed it in a timely manner, too. I was very pleased with his efficient service & greatly appreciated his professionalism.
